heute möchte ich euch mein neuestes Projekt vorstellen: die Mercedes-Benz E-Klasse 220d als ziviler Polizeiwagen (ZPKW).
Wie immer steckt viel Zeit, Aufwand und Liebe zum Detail in diesem Fahrzeug – realitätsnah umgesetzt und mit einigen besonderen Funktionen ausgestattet.

Installation
Die Installation erfolgt wie üblich über die dlc.rpf für Addon-Fahrzeuge.
Eine passende ELS-Konfiguration ist im Download enthalten und direkt einsatzbereit.

Hi,
this is a lore-friendly german customs/douane patrol car. I've used the Bürgerfahrzeug Odyssey, to make a patrol car based on the current fleet of the german Zoll.
 
installation:
drop the odysseydezoll folder into your mods/update/x64/dlcpacks folder and add the entry
<Item>dlcpacks:/odysseydezoll/</Item>
in the dlclist.xml file in the mods/update/update.rpf/common/data folder.
for fivem or anything else the files are in the metas and model folders
or ELS version: drop the odysseydezoll.xml into your ELS/pack_default folder

thanks to @Norweg it has 4 liveries (new gen + old gen, variants with "WIR BILDEN AUS" (employment sticker) and Finanzkontrolle Schwarzarbeit (illegal labour enforcement))
 
it is recommended to use the non-els version for singleplayer
 
ELS version:
the matrix (+ rear warning flasher) can be activated by enabling SEC-lighting
takedown and scene lights are also bound to their respective keys
if you want to disable the rear warner, disable it in the ELS file.
 
NON-ELS version:
the rear warning flasher can be activated using extra 9
the front matrix can be activated using extra 7
the rear matrix can be activated using extra 8
(takedown and scene lights are unavailable)
 
 
DONT UNLOCK, MODIFY OR TAKE ASSETS FROM THE MODEL.
 
the plate is "XXX*XXXX" while `*` needs to be spaced out ingame, to work. with the provided template you could move the sticker to another space.
a reflective layer option is also available, it is only visible in the _high (L0) file.

installation:
drop the imperialdepol folder into your mods/update/x64/dlcpacks folder and add the entry
<Item>dlcpacks:/imperialdepol/</Item>
in the dlclist.xml file in the mods/update/update.rpf/common/data folder.
 
for fivem or anything else the files are in the metas and model folders
however, you have to extract the  va_imperialdepol.ycd  and  vehicles_imperial_interior.ytd  out of the dlc.rpf, to make it able to spawn!

for ELS version: drop the imperialdepol.xml into your ELS/pack_default folder

NewsHeli – LSPDFR Plugin by Yasd
NewsHeli adds a news helicopter to police pursuits. By default, it joins the chase 30 seconds after the pursuit starts (this delay is fully customizable).
Optional custom dispatch sounds can play when the helicopter arrives and when the pursuit ends.
A news van is also available (toggleable), which follows the suspect’s vehicle about 40 seconds into the pursuit (also customizable).
 
The INI file allows you to configure these key settings.
The XML file lets you customize which vehicles and peds are used.
 
NewsHeli is a remastered version of NewsHeliPursuit by Albo, with the goal to:
    - make it open-source https://github.com/yasd2/NewsHeli
    - offer greater customization
    - include more features

 
HeliView - a side feature enables a gta news camera! - NEW!
With a keypress you can toggle this camera and follow the chase from the view of a helicopter! Definitely worth checking out!
You can choose the camera type between police, news style or random.
You can customize the appearing text with the news overlay.
You can also jump between different suspects. Make sense if one is running on foot and another speeding in a vehicle.

Warum auch sonst sollte ein deutsches Bundesland sich dafür entscheiden einen gigantesquen amerikanischen SUV-Bolliden in den regulären Streifendienst einzuführen?
Ausgerechnet das Saarland, ein Bundesland, dass umgerechnet ca. 308.153.477 Ford Explorers groß ist, führt einen Streifenwagen ein, der ca. 0,00000000324513619 Saarlands groß ist. Mit der Anschaffung dieses gigantomanen Gefährts hat Greta Thunberg nunmehr ein Einreiseverbot im Saarland erhalten, und Anke Rehlinger kann demnächst mit einer gigantischen Superyacht von der Saar in den Suezkanal skippern, und sich dort querlegen wie die Evergreen es einst tat. Selbst Jeff B. würde vor Neid erblassen vor diesem unbändigbaren Trieb nach Grandeur und schierer Imposanz. Im Saarland gilt, wie in Texas, "think big or go home", bzw. wie Annegret-Kramp-Karrenbauer (kurz AKK außer Kontrolle) einst zum Besten gab: "Donde mi de Broblem".

SimuCallouts is my first public callout plugin for LSPDFR, adding five exciting callouts to the game. Additionally, you can adjust the difficulty of the callouts via the in-game menu, which can be opened with F7.
SimuCallouts currently supports two languages, which can be changed either through the .ini file or directly in the in-game menu.

- The vehicle was designed to resemble it's real NYPD counterpart as close as possible
- All vehicle features work properly (Working collisions, breakable glass, working lights, etc)
- Properly optimized LODs for better performance
- Camera offset has been properly adjusted

Die Farbe kann nach belieben im Spiel geändert werden und die Auswahl zwischen mehreren Kennzeichen kann per Änderung der Livery vorgenommen werden.
Im Fahrzeug können bis zu sieben Personen Platz nehmen.
Die Kennleuchte setzt sich automatisch bei Aktivierung von ELS auf das Dach.

Hi there,

Here is the VW T5 ZPKW of the police as a special vehicle for the KDD.  
The color can be changed as desired in the game and the choice between several license plates can be made by changing the livery.
Up to seven people can be seated in the vehicle.
The beacon is automatically placed on the roof when ELS is activated.

ELS files in the ELS folder of GTA.
When replacing, it is important that the fbi entry in vehicles.meta is also replaced.

The Paranormal Callouts pack brings supernatural incidents to your LSPDFR experience, immersing officers in eerie and unexplained cases. From haunted vehicles to possessed civilians, prepare to face chilling encounters that defy logic.
Included Callouts:
Haunted Vehicle 
Officers respond to reports of an abandoned vehicle that seems to move on its own.
Strange whispers and ghostly apparitions may appear nearby.
The vehicle might suddenly accelerate, disappear, or lead officers to a mysterious location.
Phantom Disturbance 
Dispatch receives multiple 911 calls about strange noises and shadowy figures in an area.
Some encounters might escalate into paranormal confrontations.
Possessed Civilian
