More ideas (I'm sorry :D) - electricity Blackout (You have to assist the traffic) - Person calling the police because his neighbors are partying to loud - Person who lost orientation (old person or tourist) - Animals kept in inhumane conditions - Person insulting the police - Dog left in a car during while its hot (you have to free him, then find the owner ) - Person photographing people without their permission And what about doing some work for the Image of the LSPD? Like asking people on the Street what they think about LSPD. ( It's not really a callout its more an extra).

Well, might be a bit too Late but I have an idea no one else had before, I think What about playing the missions of GTA V out of Police view? E.g. You have to respond to an attack on Fib building. What Do you think about that?
