    It would be interesting to be able to play as a boat unit similar to the coast guard. The callouts could be having to stop a drug shipment, save drowning person, etc.

    One of the callouts should be that there's a disturbance at one of the nightclubs in gay tony. It could be anything from a simple bar fight to shots fired. But before they do that they need to improve the AI because I've been run over by my own backup
