Ok thanks for all that! I had the same log yesterday... I think it's a mistake in the code form LSPDFR you can't do anything. I am sorry!

If it's shit, I see no reason why you'd want to use it.

I've had this issue before. I believe it's related to the police scanner audio - I think LSPDFR uses some slimdx feature for that. Unfortunately I don't know the resolution... the problem went away, seemingly on its own, after a few days. I'd suggest making sure you have any pending Windows updates fully installed, reboot your computer a couple times, and try re-copying the relevant files. If I knew what caused it and how to fix it I'd tell ya. 

DESCRIPTION OF PROBLEM
Alright. I have the latest version of LSPDFR installed into the game files. I also have the latest version of Rage Plugin Hook in the game files. When I launch the game from RagePluginHook.exe the game loads in perfectly. NO problems with loading up the game. I am able to load the plugin in perfectly. I am able to go on duty and choose a vehicle.  I am able to drive around and make traffic stops and give citations. But there are several instances where the game crashes.
1. Whenever I get a callout from dispatch.
2. When a traffic Stop turns into a pursuit.
3. When I call for backup of any kind.
 
SOLUTIONS IVE TRIED
I have taken every mod file out of the GTA 5 folder, then I verified the Files. I then reinstalled the latest versions of LSPDFR.
I have done this several times. I have also tried running RPH without any plugins. and It does work. 
I have also uninstalled my Anti-virus program to see if that was possibly blocking one of these files.
This was also unsuccessful.
I have also run the LSPDFR and RPH Troubleshooter and No errors were found.
I reinstalled SlimDx.dll, and reinstalled its dependencies. No Luck..

RPH does run without any plugins. I am able to load RPH and the LSPDFR Plugin.
