Just like the real borders the borders of GTA V need protecting against threats daily, as a federal agent this is YOUR job. You must do your best to protect the the citizens and the economy of the country, walking the lines of cars looking for anything suspicious. You are on the FRONT-LINES and every traveler must answer to you, it is your say whether they are able to ENTER or are TURNED away. Due to recent events in Paris security has been stepped up at the border, as an extra measure the presence of armed guards with carbine rifles should keep the peace. 
 
 
Checkpoint Features (Location FT. ZANCUDO bridge)
 
 *WORKING BOOTHS- The traffic will cycle through stopping and going, Each country has 1 working lane of traffic and 1 lane "fictional lane for roleplay", i.e. emergency/commercial. *Port Of Entry- Each P.O.E. is decorated with the accurate flags both coming in the country and leaving. US- is a the south side going in to Los Santos and CANADA is North leading through the Tunnel.
 
 *Working Gates- If you have ever been unfortunate enough to be inadmissible or denied entry by a country you will know about the turn around. Your checkpoint has a sliding gate that will allow the denied traveler an exit back to their origin country. (See pics)
 
 *Secondary Detention/Jail- From time to time you will find someone of interest and pull them to secondary and detain them. Your detainees can exit the vehicle and be escorted to an outside sit down or jail house if deemed necessary. (see pics) 
 
*Secondary Suspects- I have made some static scenes of searches being done in stations/secondary. The suspects spawn at random times and spawn random peds, as time goes you will see the rotation. This gives the border a more lively feeling not seeing the same people. 
 
*Guard Houses- Each country is equipped with the highest in CCTV security systems, enter the guard houses to see your fellow agents hard at work watching every single movement on the border. These houses are furnished with dynamic props.
 
 *Vehicle Fleet- Both sides have a fleet of Police 1 cars, transport van, ambulance and everything else you need to protect your border. (This is more enjoyable with custom cars and the border patrol skins.
 
 ***WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH LSPDFR** 
 
Smart Radio (linked below) allows you to walk the line of cars and interact with any ped by doing a ped check- dispatch will tell you their name and if they have warrants. 
 
Patrol ToolKit- (Linked Below) This mod lets you target a area and wave cars of interest over to an area for interaction. You can run a vehicle check,drug test, breathalyze, and do a record check seeing the name, licenses, and prior convictions.
 
Partner Mod (linked Below) This allows you to spawn your very own K9 partner and let him sniff out drugs in the lined cars. Arrest Manager/- Once a suspect has been arrested escort them to the front of your port of entry and call for local authorities to pick them up.
 
Border Offenses (Needs lspdfr+ linked below) - These are a special menu of offenses that people can be charged or cited with.

Los Santos Fire Department debuts their new ladder truck! 
The MTL Bottle-Nose Ladder 15EX comes equipped with the capability of fighting fires in some of the larger buildings.
This truck is one variation of truck LSFD has ordered and will be recieving more!

-This Ladder truck was made all by Glitch Gamer. 
-Install files in the latest directory. 
-Uses Firetruck lighting and ELS lighting, so if you do add it on be sure to set the ID for firetruck.
-Is locked at the moment, but will be unlocked once I finish the model completely.
-Will be adding lighting such as flood lights.
-Script is by Alexguirre, so truck is just a model and ladder will not move without his script.
-Do not ask me for his script, he will release it when he is ready.
-Optional Carcol file which adds ambient lighting to the lights that are from the default lighting.
-Will make version compatible with other ladder control mods in future updates.
-If you add on the vehicle, in the vehicle.meta you need to specify the interior to be that of the firetruck.

In EMS Mod, you can choose between three kind of duty:
1) Paramedic-> get on your ambo and go to save lives in Los Santos City!
2) Medic-> you'll be called by Central in order to give first aid to patients. Decide later if you want to call for the EMS backup (it is mandatory if you start CPR!) or release the patient on scene!
3) Helicopter-> start your duty in one of the two main heliports of LS!
 
Callouts:
-Cardiac Arrest: reach asap the patient and treat him if you want to save his life!
-Unconscious person: a person has suddenly lost his consciousness. Medical treatment is needed as soon as possible!
-Vehicle accident: unfortunately somebody had a serious vehicle accident and he's waiting for your arrival!
-Trauma: treat an injured person and carry him/her to the hospital!
-Person shot: somebody was shot, rush to the scene, but wait for the police before
approaching the patient! Or, if you're bold enough, go and risk!
-Person with fever: Central reported a vomiting person with fever. Is it a severe infectious disease? Be careful!
-Transport: you only have to transport a person because him/her cannot go lonely to the hospital.
-Person hit by a car: somebody was hit by a car and now needs your assistance!
-Overdose/alcohol-induced coma: rush to the scene and check the vitals of someone who is in coma!
-drunk person: check this person’s health and then transport him to the hospital.
 
Don't worry, I'm planning to add in the next future more callouts and features!

This file contains 20 texture mini-packs for various GTAV lore friendly departments.  Each design will fit anywhere from 4-7 templates. Check out the screenshots for all the designs featured in the pack. These designs are pretty much everything that I've made over the past few months and instead of just hording them on my HDD I thought I'd let them run free. So this is basically a collection of mini packs, so they aren't all super extensive or all have unit number variations. Some are more faithful to their real life counterparts than others which may have more of my own personal changes/touches.
 
In addition to the Full Pack I have also split the downloads into the lore friendly departments. This is to make the download sizes more manageable for people who want a specific skin to save them from downloading 80mb+ of unwanted crap.
 
Please don't rate down this file if a particular skin you like is not fitted to a particular template you want. I can't fit every design I make to every vehicle made in the GTAV modding community. The only future update I will be making to these is possibly fitting some designs to the new FPIU base model.

P.S The lighting is blue for Culpeper you'll have to edit the lights to make them blue and edit the CHP patterns to what you like.

I recommend that you use Brown sheriff uniforms female and male. (as Culpeper has brown uniforms.) I do not know the siren but I think the Federal Signal Unitrol Omega 90 sounds the closest.

South Carolina Department of Public Safety Mega Pack

Around two years ago, I was inspired to create a 2009 Ford Crown Victoria to the tune of the South Carolina Highway patrol. It was a crappy model and texture and needed a lot of work. Now that I have the exact specs of the Highway patrol, and the rest of the Department of Public Safety, I have decided to work hard to make a pack containing a ton of vehicles from four agencies from the South Carolina Department of Public Safety.
 
Firstly, let me explain what each department does;
South Carolina Highway Patrol
"Provides equitable service and protection, and upholds the laws of the constitutions of the United States and the State of South Carolina in order to promote a safe and secure environment for the public." - SCDPS
South Carolina State Transport Police
"is the premier law enforcement division in South Carolina for enforcing both federal regulations and state laws pertaining to commercial motor vehicles.  " - SCSTP
South Carolina Bureau of Protective Services
"ensures the safety and well-being of all citizens, employees and elected representatives and those attending scheduled events or while visiting or conducting business on the grounds of the South Carolina State Capitol Complex and other designated state facilities." -SCBPS
South Carolina Department of Natural Resources
Preserves the wilderness, fish, and game of the State of South Carolina. They work with communities to make sure hunting, fishing, and laws concerning nature are being followed, as well as restock rivers with fish and other assorted works. They were deployed to Texas to aid with the Hurricane Harvey Recovery Process.

This vehicle is quite high-poly, so I don't recommend those with a lower end system to use (However I have noticed absolutely no performance loss with this vehicle in my game). Also, I recommend using RDE with this vehicle and editing BetterEMS to use this car instead of FBI2.

Also, I recommend using RDE with this vehicle. And, one other thing; My extra_11 is not working on zmod currently. I apologize for the lack of takedowns and will fix this ASAP. Please use your high beams for now :D

Open OpenIV and click on "Edit mode" Download the vehicles needed for the templates Navigate to file you want to replace Double-click on .ytd file of vehicle you want to replace (for example "police.ytd") Drag & Drop the template into the list of the template (ensure the names of the template and the template you want to replace are the same) Click on "Save" on the right side on the bottom Finish
