I tried taking out the mods folder and starting it and it didnt work.

So I have tried everything, fresh GTA V install, fresh RAGE, LSPDFR installs, reinstalled all my plugins, mods folder, everything idk why this is happening. Help :(

Currently working on BCSO pack, I need someone to help me give opinions on the current design and eventually may need to test it out for me, though I usually do the testing myself. PM me!

If you ever decide to make any edits: Change the CVPI lightbar to the one on the Impala, the NYPD doesn't even use CVPI's that much anymore, but any we do have use that lightbar, same with any other cars. NYPD doesn't use tahoes, except for HWY and K-9, but K-9 are like hybrid weird tahoes, so you should edit it for that. Add (twitter logo) @precinct EX: (Twitter logo) @NPD6thPct decal on back windshield/upper trunk, they recently added those on every car somewhere in the back. With the taurus, same thing every car in the NYPD fleet uses that lightbar. If you are going for realism, the new primary cruiser is a ford fusion with the same suggested lightbar. For HWY patrol, only CVPI's and dodge chargers, no ford tauruses, and sometimes a FPIU here and there. There are no slicktop cars except for the ford taurus and CVPI- 15 comments

you havent download GTA V it says "game version 0" meaning you don't have it you may have uninstalled it or something

Just downloaded everything, and I start GTA IV which works, I downloaded trainer and ELS which work too, but when I hit alt+p nothing happens. I did a manual install of the most recent version, and automatic install in case I missed anything and it till won't work. I updated C++, and .net, and I have the most recent native trainer, and it's a steam GTA IV so not cracked.

I live in NYC, a block away from the 6th precinct, which has an ESU/Bomb Squad section too and these are very accurate :3
