They are in the folders with the vehicle files. For example: "2006 CVPI 1T18" folder should include "About" "police (VCF)" and then police.yft, ytd, and _hi.yft.- 125 comments

To be fair he didn't ask when it was being released or even if he could release it, he was simply asking for an update from someone who hasn't updated the community on the status of their project in almost a year. There are plenty of people who are annoying and spam for release that you should get mad at, but this, I feel was misdirected he wasn't being super pushy. To give you a fairly incomplete answer: I believe he has quit the community so I wouldn't expect an update any time soon although we're not close so I could be wrong.
