I present to you my first ever mod in the form of textures. Please be kind :).
These textures are meant to be used with AlexVonShep's fantastic BCSO Addition Project. The cars that I chose to do these for are just the ones that I have in my bsheriff slots. They are not meant to be realistic to what a sheriff's office would have, they are just the cars that I enjoy the most. I am providing them simply because I thought someone could enjoy them as much as I do. Two vehicles are meant to be deputy vehicles, and two are meant to be sheriff vehicles. You are welcome to do anything you want with these textures. I simply ask that you do not upload them again somewhere else and claim them as your own. If I have missed crediting anyone, or you feel that I took something from your own work without crediting you, please let me know and I will do so. I did take the green color scheme from another user that I saw on here, but I spent all afternoon looking for it again and I can't find it. If I do, I will credit them for the color scheme.
If there are any other vehicles you would like to see this skin in, please let me know and I'll see if I have the time.

The Premier Paperwork Management Program!
 
 
PaperworkPlus is a Windows Forms Application written in C#. This program is designed to add a whole new level of realism to your game! If you want to experience the role of a police officer truly, you will need to deal with the paperwork element of duty service!
 
PaperworkPlus 1.6 now adds the ability to save your logs to a public server, so you can see what everyone else is doing!
To register for the online service, fill out this form! (Please note, this service is done by humans and may take a day or two to process depending on how busy I am! Please be patient!) Are you part of a community and want a PRIVATE database, with custom ranks, divisions and agency names? Fill out this form!  
The log files make statistic tracking easy! Want to know how many parking violations you've given out? Oh snap, they're right there! Want to find out if you've stopped this person before? Click, oh look, three times stopped!
 
This software does not integrate into the game mechanics.  It can be used by anyone who wants to get involved.
If you're a player, you can use this program to keep track of your statistics as you hand out tickets! If you're part of a roleplay clan, dispatchers can use this software to keep track of all the actions of their officers!

Installation 
Install RAGEPluginHook 1.74+.  Drop the "Spotlight.dll" file and "Spotlight Resources" folder into the "Plugins" folder in your game directory.  
Controls
This plugin has 3 input layouts:
Keyboard:
For toggling the spotlight press I.
For moving it use the NumPad (NumPad4, NumPad6, NumPad8 and NumPad2). 
For tracking peds or vehicles press NumPad3. Controller:
For toggling the spotlight press LB + X.
For moving it use the left stick. You can change this to the right stick or the DPad in the General.ini file. Mouse:
For toggling the spotlight press I.
For moving it hold down the left control key and move your mouse.  
And to open the in-game editor press F11.
 
Check General.ini file to change which keys/buttons should be used, or if any controls should be disabled.

With the permission of the author, I give you a few more vehicles skinned out in getinmybelly0627's lspd skins. These were some of my favorite skins and so I made ones that his pack were missing. This pack includes the BMW1200, polmav, a unique Riot skin, the 2016 explorer skin, and several more skins for the CVPI and Impala (his pack only includes one of each. This is for those who want more variety with their car numbers). I hope you enjoy, and thanks again to @getinmybelly0627 for allowing me to upload.
