ATeaDaze reacted to AlexBean in Police SmartRadio Replacement?Dumb question, I know, I'm sorry! Albo1125's plugins are finally outdated and most features are broken now. One that I wanted to keep was the Police Radio, mostly thanks to its Panic Button as well as the End Call feature. Those pesky callouts that are on the highway, and by the time I get down there,(without throwing myself off the roads like I would online lmfao,) hes left the city and it would take too long to catch back up, and similar situations have left me starved of a way to end the callout. I was curious if there is a replacement out anywhere with similar functionality, or at the very least, a way to end callouts. The SmartRadio is the only one I've seen so far that can do that, tow truck, coroner, etc.
I've moved on to Bejoljo's plugins, and I'm loving it. I also saw a thread regarding the nullification of the other Albo plugins too regarding Bejoljo's, and how they're no longer needed to function properly(the insurance and registration document is an immersive luxury I'm not keen on getting rid of!) Is that true?
Thanks, and hopefully this helps someone else as well!

ATeaDaze reacted to waynieoaks in Police SmartRadio Replacement?I loved Albo's mods and actually stopped playing for a while once they started to not work as well after he retired. When I came back, the only thing I could not find a replacement for from Albo's old mods was the ability to change pullover location.
With agreement from Albo, this was pulled out into a mod called "custom pullover" (It is still Albo's code so all credit to him).
There is another mod that expands on this to do the same as above but also include parking tickets and may grow more in the future called "Real Police Plugin":
Other than that, all the other features get addressed in Bejojio's plugins others.
I stopped needing the police radio (to my wifes annoyance) once I started talking to dispatch using "VocalDispatch", but that is not everyones cup of tea...
I found it great as I could continue running away like a coward while calling for backup.
Now replaced with Grammer Police & Immersive Dispatch:

I'm using the retail version of GTAV (Rockstar launcher) I have no idea if this method works with Steam and/or Epic Games Launcher versions of GTA V!
If you're like me and downloaded the new update for GTAV thus preventing you from playing LSPDFR until updates roll out and didn't make a backup save of your GTAV file before the recent update. I have a method in order to play the older version with LSPDFR as long as you have a backup of the old game files. (I don't use the Rage backup, I simply just copy my entire GTAV folder without mods and with a stable mod collection seperate so I can go back to a stable state of my game) however after this I'm probably going to use Rages inbuilt backup to save plenty of time lol.
Thought I'd post this incase anyone else was stuck like me wanting to play the game.
Simply paste these files into your main GTAV directory and open the game via the .exe provided. Then once your games fully loaded up you can start the RAGEPluginHook.exe and it will hook into your game, give it a minute and you should be able to load your plugins if you haven't got them set to automatically load in Ragehook. This will also allow you to play GTAV singleplayer if you need to for whatever reason. Hope this helps!

ATeaDaze reacted to Reddington in Mass Shooting in Jacksonville, Florida. For those wanting more information: https://www.reddit.com/r/gaming/comments/9ahy71/megathread_mass_shooting_at_madden_tournament_in/
To add onto my previous post.
That doesn't really matter in this case. Another article with a bit more information said that the shooter had been part of the tournament and was eliminated. Another video, a Twitch fails video, showed that the day before, there had been an argument in the background.
https://livestreamfails.com/post/27788
My theory, that most are probably going to conclude, is that he lost, got mad at either a team mate or opponent, and decided this was how he got even. A couple other things to mention.
1) Remember all those idiots that said shooting games were bad and influenced your decisions? This was a fuckin football game! Guess all those people just got a hard dose of reality.
2) A lot of people are going to rush to "mental illness", and frankly, even if the parents reveal (or have already, I'm not sure on that part) he did have some issues, mental illness played ZERO part in this. He lost a game, and got angry. Those of us that play competitive video games have gotten angry before. Hell, I still rage when playing Battlefield games. I have some mental disabilities, I do and say things spur of the moment with no control and not think about them till after the fact. Even with these factors, I have never had the thought or the urge to kill someone.
However, what can be more powerful than mental illness is anger. Intense anger about anything can drive someone to do something rash, especially if they might be emotionally compromised. We don't know why he did it, we never will, but lets remember that mental illness is not always the reason people do the heinous things we see or hear about.

ATeaDaze reacted to TaylorSwift in N/AWell, the BLM movement is quite ignorant and twisted when it comes to meeting their own agenda. You will never see them protest or say anything about black on black crime, and while that is quite the overused statement, It's quite f*cked up to say that "black lives matter" and completely ignore a small black child being killed by a gangster, but then jump at the chance to protest when a criminal resisting arrest is killed, and this is only because of the wide spread narrative of "unarmed black male shot by police."
While police violence is certainly an issue, it is no where near as wide spread as the news/media and BLM makes it look like, and setting that false narrative in peoples mind only encourages them to resist arrest or fight the police, obviously, that leads us down the same road.
It's all a matter of opinions, a touchy subject indeed, but I do not support BLM at all, I do believe black lives matter, but using those same black lives for a political agenda and to have the opportunity to burn down your own community is absurd.
As for the social experiment, Joey Salads is known for urinating in his own mouth, that should say enough lol.
To an extent. But just because someone is saying "all lives matter" doesn't mean they are avoiding the issue.
If you know the free hugs guy (Goes around hugging protesters and officers during times of distress) he is an African American and believes all lives matter, doesn't mean he is avoiding the subject or actual issue at all.
While I understand what you mean, it's quite a generalization to say that it's avoiding the issue. People can hold officers accountable and not be part of the black lives matter movement.
They are also most likely fake. These "social experiments" are widely known to be fake and create a false outlook on the world, only further inciting race war, for revenue on YouTube of course.

ATeaDaze got a reaction from thegreathah in Sovereign CitizensA lot of curb-side lawyers in this country. I watched a video of a guy giving a traffic cop a hard time. He was driving without registration or a license (I think he had an image of one of them on his phone).
Guy: Am I being detained?
Officer: Yes.
> He just had a dumb-founded look on his face like, "I wasn't prepared for that response."
