It needs to be inside a folder called Project. So if you have the .exe on the desktop, you need the folder called project which contains the login.xml.

Just downloaded it, and there are no uniforms there, just a empty folder named "Uniforms" with a message:

He's looking for the uniforms, which aren't included in the download.

You may have moved them by accident then, I do it sometimes. You just need to move them back.

You've only moved the dummies from a certain view only. For example, if you've moved them into position by from the left side, looking at the from the front may mean they are too far to the left or to far to the right, and you need to position them from the front view accordingly.

Are you running on a laptop?

Head to: C:Users<USERNAME>AppDataLocalRockstar GamesGTA IVsavegames and delete any files/folders that appear apart from the ControlMap file.

I really think that the light should reset to a default position when you turn it off and on again. Sometimes when using the polmav etc, the light goes somewhere and no matter what direction I move it in I can't get it to come back again.

Did you save whilst on duty?

Just tried it out, it's awesome! As someone mentioned above, if you get so far away from the car, facing away from the light, it dissapears until you turn around to look back at the car. It works fantastic with the police helicopter too!
