If they are ELS enabled, that may be your cause, replace the default vehicles for now, if the game doesn't crash anymore, then only mod noose and fbi etc in future and stay away from slots that are spawned often.

Half life 2 is good, I used to develop my own levels for that.

To fix the texture issue, try reducing your graphics settings.

You have to be on-duty with LCPDFR and then press /. There is no other way of doing this.

Yep, we play LCPDFR online all the time! the majority of SNT's functions work online, however weather and time require you to be host for everyone to see the effects.
