There is no point to that, it's not properly mapped. The only thing I can think of are the Police Cruiser & Patrol by Lt.Caine which are the default cars and have a proper mapping.

Well install a car for which the skin is made, for example a CVPI or Charger.

because the stock police.wtd isn't multi-livery. For a fact it isn't even mapped with a template.

It's probably your GPU, do you use any car mods? If so, try uninstalling those and any other mods you're using.

It should be in your Steam folder in a folder called SteamApps.

You need to get your cellphone out, go to search game, either select LAN or LIVE depending if you're gonna use a local area network or the internet to play, then create a new game, set private slots to maximum and invite your friend over GfWL

I just modified the FIB guys. Mine don't wear any FIB or POLICE logos on their clothing, except their officer badge on a chain around their neck and a cap which says LCPD

you need to go into your GTA IV Keys (esc->options) and remove R as punching key. Arresting in 0.95 is with E.
