  1. What will be included in the update?
  2. Superwasi please don't hijack threads; create one for yourself instead. This is merely because we wan't to keep support threads organized so we can give the best help possible; therefore I disabled your posts for now. On top of that, please avoid double posting. You've been here long enough to know where the edit button is!
  3. Can your try to find the log file (LCPDFR.txt) and post it here? Also: Try to disable all high poly car mods and ELS for a while see if it gets better.
  4. 1. That's the wrong log file 2. Read the stickies. 3. Are you using car mods and/or els?
  5. No surprise here :) If you play alone in MP it shouldn't bug as much as if you play with other people.
  6. Nothing to see here! This topic has been closed by G17 Media staff. If you feel that this topic has been closed in error, please report this post.
  7. Use google.
  8. Someone please give this man a prize and 500$ - If I was a girl, I'd want you to be the father of my children. Finally someone who understands the concept of READING THE FUCKING STICKIES.
  9. If you want to do some casual skin making and editing stuff, I recommend GIMP. As it's free. If you really want to get into editing photos and creating textures and you have a fun doing so, go for Adobe Photoshop Elements first, as it teaches you the basics and will last you about 2-3 years until you hit its limits. Once that happens, you can move on to Adobe Photoshop CS5 (or 6 or 7 - whatever is out by that time). I precisely did all of that, started out with Adobe Photoshop Elements (got a license from my school), started editing photos and playing around, creating stuff until eventually about 2 years ago (I believe) I was missing features, so I decided to move on to Photoshop CS5 (which is THE best program for every type of photo editing / texture creating)
  10. It does happen. It's not a part of LCPDFR, but of GTA IV itself. I see at least 2 people per shift running red lights, you just have to look more carefully. Speeders are more rare, but it happens too; I recommend IVDashCam V2 to catch those.
  11. @orashmatash: if you have nothing to contribute to the topic (which in this case you don't), please refrain from posting. Thanks! It would also be nice that if a solution is given, it is not repeated over an over again. If one person says it, it's usually enough.
  12. it's not about asking, it's the way you formulated it. It sounded more like a "and now do this" than a "I need help finding mods, which are some good sites?". Do you get me? Regarding GPM, the downloads are messed up, they're fixing it though afaik.
  13. Read the stickies.
  14. 1.0.7.0 aswell as 1.1.2.0 require you to update GWFL manually.
  15. ALT+B uses GTA IV's "Call Backup" from the original police computer (spawns a car which responds to your current location), F12 spawns a car which will join your pursuit, not only drive to a location.
  16. Wow, we're really only here to search for models for you? Do you think that's our task here? You can go and look for models on your own: www.gtapolicemods.com www.gta4-mods.com www.ivfirstresponse.net And since I'm a friend of Cj24 and the file is on the server, here is an ELS Enforcer (the armored truck you were asking for):
  17. Don't hijack threads, make your own one.
  18. Just run the installer again, won't take you more than 30 seconds. Alternatively you can find FirstResponse.ini scroll down to the bottom, set Webservices to true and enter your username/password.
  19. It's LALT + P not CTRL + P. CTRL + P forces duty.
  20. Nobody ever reads the stickies. http://www.lcpdfr.co...ead-this-first/ It makes me sad. Also: Do you use any other mods such as ELS or high-poly car mods?
  21. Yeah you need to patch your game. LCPDFR is designed to work with 1.0.7.0; you're running 1.0.0.0
  22. Parking Tickets are coming in RC2.
  23. Could you please post the log from the Diagonistics tool? Also, try installing these: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?displaylang=en&FamilyID=0a391abd-25c1-4fc0-919f-b21f31ab88b7 http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=a7b7a05e-6de6-4d3a-a423-37bf0912db84&displaylang=en
