So killing people doesn't give mentally unballanced people bad ideas, but killing animals does? Fuck logic in this case, then. I see where they come from when they don't add children, but dogs shouldn't be an issue; if people are killed. On top of that, it has never been scientfically proven, that people who play games which involve killing people/animals are more agressive or will transfer it to real life. In contrary, some experiments have shown, that playing violent games can reduce agressions over the long term and gamers, while generally emotionally immune to videogame brutality, react emotionally as strong to real life violence as people who don't play videogames. It is already limited to 10 afaik. You've never played 0.95 Beta 1, where at the end of the chase you would have 50 policecars in pursuit. Maybe, though, the devs could add an .ini option to define the limits.

If they are in the game, you will probably be able to. I don't really see an issue with it, although I'm a big animal lover and I have 3 dogs myself, in a game where you kill people, killing animals shouldn't be that big of a deal.

You can edit the horns file with a program called IVAud. Just google it. To install the siren, you will simply need to replace the horns.ivaud file in common/sfx/resident.rpf, with the one you downloaded. Moved to GTA IV

Cops never tell the driver they stopped them because their vehicle is suspicious. In that case just wait until he runs a red light, speeds or hits a pedestrian and stop him for that, or just stop him and use the "Other reason" key. That's already possible. Just leave your car. To give Jaywalking tickets, just aim at a ped with your baton(bat) and press E. You will be able to arrest or cite him. By only getting close to him/her without aiming and then pressing E, you will open a menu thats lets you Hold or Frisk them.

Did you even read my post? Download Traffic Flow from our downloads section, install it and you should be good to go. Sometimes I feel like I'm in a kindergarden here...
