This mod makes the doors in the lawyers office (the building you go in to go on duty) have the logo of the LCPD or NYPD (you can choose). See the readme for installation instructions. I do not take responsibility for any damage caused to the game in case of misinstallation. Thanks to Interference for discovering the file location. Special Thanks to MoonShine for the LCPD logo in vector format. This mod is licensed under Creative Commons. 2. Started out with PPM after finding it on gtainside.com and just thinking "a policemod, why not?". Got fed up with Team-NeO and their disinterest in their mod and of course with the mod itself, which gets a bit repetetive and unrealistic after you've gotten killed by a guy with an rpg for the third time. Then I stumbled upon LCPDFR, I don't remember how though.
  3. Didn't know Unr3al was your personal bitch. If you want something moved, please use the report button next time, okay? Also, saying please and thanks would be very nice, as we don't get paid for moderating and we're not here to be personal bitches. Moved to random. @Topic: This is great news. Lt.Caine made a lot of great models and ELS needs to be reworked. Nonetheless, GTA V is still pretty far away. We'll see how this turns out.
  4. If I want to play a war sim, I play BF:BC2. What a great game. I also have BF3, unfortunately I didn't really get the kicks out of it; it's a bit too CoD'dy for me and I hate this kind of unstrategic running around in circles close quarter shooting (of course there is also big maps in BF3, but people don't seem to follow team/squad tactiques anymore). I might give BF3 another shot if I feel like I want to play it again. (so far I've played it when it was in beta for a bit and when I got it for a week or two, after that I just kinda dropped it, maybe I need to give it another shot). When remembering the fun times I had with BF:BC2 on PC, really playing in squad, moving with them through a field or mountains or working together in defeating a tank - it just makes me want to play that again, instead of BF3 (sadly enough).
  5. Looks okay, not really a fan of text only liveries. Afaik the FBI isn't in charge for the SWAT/ESU either, but good work nonetheless. Maybe another font, a bit less text and some design on it would look good, for my taste it's a bit boring.
  6. I didn't know Americal Medical Response, was based in Europe. I can pretty much also assure you, that it's based off the units in NYC, as I used those as source when I made the skin.
  7. Deleting the root folder doesn't remove the registry entry, which means the game will still think it's installed.
  8. Dig a deep hole, bury yourself in it and make sure nobody finds you. Thanks. Interpol is the International Police. It's a small force which works in cooperation with most police agencies in the world to catch high profile criminals. I don't think they are in charge for prank calling, to be honest.
  9. The worst he can do is post your info on 4chan and even then, it won't last for long. Yet, you should probably put a paper on the door saying that you didn't order any pizzas and you're being pranked. You can't do much else, if he does that for a long time, the best thing is to go see a lawyer.
  10. He's got your IP through a file transfer probably, what is he threatening to do?
  11. Nice vid harper, might have to give that Corvette a shot sometime. Since you didn't know how to get people out of a stopped car, here's the trick: Get in as driver and quickly get out again. That makes the passengers leave, but be ready to chase them.
  12. Yeah, same thing with colour, they write it color in America. It's just how they reformed English and the Brits/Australians didn't.
  13. Yeah, you can use RealityIV 1.62 - It gives pretty awesome effects. I combine it with a 0.072 ENB, which only cleans the reflections and it looks awesome.
  14. It only occurs on some ENB, I think, that like the posters above said, it has to do something with the ENBs that force a higher resolution.
  15. When they say "do me a favor", it actually means "do it, before I force you to do it". You can see, that everytime they don't obey to "do me a favor", they will land on the ground face to the floor. It's a really polite expression for that though.
  16. Just change them from blue to red in Photoshop or the picture editing software of your choice (Not paint). GIMP can be a good choice as it's free. You'll have to find which texture is mapped to which light, so trial and error.

  19. That's a problem with PPM then, not LCPDFR. Please ask them about it.
  20. Police cars don't have radio, and you don't hear the dispatch in LCPDFR unless something is actually being dispatched. If you are asking about PPM, which has some pre-recorded radio chatter playing in the background, go to their forum.
