So I looked over all kinds of scripts and finally got one that is still functional and does what it´s supposed to do:
    https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/drivemodeplus-gamepad-support

This has also the advantage that you can customize the "ecomode" to adjust acceleration to your liking.
Also just one simple button press and minimalistic design.

Let me know, if you also like that one.

darkblue got a reaction from Yasd in How to play LSPDFR with F*Launcher offline?
    Hey,
always is says that you simply shouldn´t update or revert back your game version to play.
Well, that´s not working. I use the -scofflineonly extension, and everytime I want to start, the shitty R*Launcher still wants to update. I disabled automatic updates, not working, still wants to update, I disconnect from the internet, does not start - needs internet connection. So is there ANY way to play constantly on an old game version without the fucking launcher everytime updating it? Bypass doesn´t work either...

I came a step further in combining rotators and flashers but still not working completely, yet.

    Story:
I looked up the decimal code for the rotator and it was 101010.... and so on or 010101.... and so on.
With a high BPM it rotates like crazy so I thought: ok, just expand the sequence and I was going to 11111111111111110000000000000000 (converted to decimal = 4294901760). I set sync to BPM to false and turned down the rotation speed value (BPM was around 800 and rotation speed value was around 5) but still no luck. Flashing like crazy 16 times (I guess) BUT 1 turn at the end. So I said ok, 0 seems to be the turning and 1 the initial so I made 100000000000000000000000000000000 (decimal = 4294967296). And there was a full turn at normal speed but then nothing, it stopped.... only one full turn. I thought to make an initial start at the end (100000....000001) but it resulted in double start - turn - double start - turn, and so on....
I also tried 10000000000000001000000000000000. It worked, but rotation doesn´t make a full round....

    Long story short:
    - Sync to BPM must be false
    - rotation speed value does have a direct effect on the rotation speed - the higher, the faster (of course)
    - keypoint is the sequencer value, I guess (4294967296 is one full round but then it stops)

Maybe you brains can do something with this knowledge. I sadly don´t have much time atm...
Good luck and let me know!

Hey there. I'm not sure if this is the right section to post this but it seemed the best fit. Apologies if not.

So I found a way to avoid and get rid of texture pop-ups (when you look around too fast and things can't load in time with your camera movement, the map disappears, for example). I realized this had to do with my modded vehicles but didn't want to restrict myself to only download cars that COULD MAYBE NOT bug out my whole game. This can also solve EUP's issue of not being able to load the outfits or loading very slowly. This has to do with the same issue, Memory Overload.

The video guide I created was a result of what @bikinichampagne suggested (link in the description). All I did was create a system that would allow people who frequently update their police fleet for LSPDFR (as it's my case) to downscale unnecessary vehicle textures in a repetitive and quick way. I mean, who needs a 4K game-stock carbine or a 4K dirt skin? To me doesn't make sense, even in FPS patrols. With this form of downscaling, I couldn't even notice differences. Little letters were still readable and HD as seen in video.

This way you can still play with HQ models and textures... Difference is, your vehicles won't surpass the 25MB hard limit. So you get a stable gameplay without the expense of quality.
    Aim for 20MB per vehicle.

It worked for me and the evidence is in the video itself (that's why its 22 mins long but has a time table so you can jump to the section you want). If it didn't work for you, you either aren't downscaling enough textures or your PC just cant handle it. Sorry, cant do miracles. You might wanna update your PC if he starts talking about Vietnam war stories. I guess GTA 5 will be too much sand for him and no downscaling in the world will save you from this.

So, all the relevant details are in the video. I guess what I'm trying here is to teach people a good practice to optimize their vehicles. Also you won't need proprietary software for any of this.

THIS WILL NOT MEAN MORE FRAMES PER SECOND. It will stabilize your game, might get rid of some stutters but this isn't a method to solve your FPS issues. Regardless, try it and luckily you can prove me wrong.

    Thank goodness I found this.

I made a bat file for this:

    @echo off
start "GTA V" "path to your GTA V installation\No_GTAVLauncher.exe"
    timeout 5
start "RAGE" "path to your GTA V installation\RAGEPluginHook.exe"

The timeout is to allow for that pause so RAGE has something to hook into.  Hope it helps someone to bypass that annoying launcher demanding online, no idea if it works longer than before, but for me it works.  Thanks, @darkblue!

I got it to work buddies (at least for me).

You have to download the "No-GTAVLauncher" (https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/no-gtavlauncher)
Start the game via this launcher, wait 1-2 seconds after the small window appears, then directly start the RPH, so both start directly in sequence.
This should do the trick. It starts in window mode but you can change this ingame back to Fullscreen. I recommend loading all plugins on startup.
    Internet connection should be on.

Hope you guys can use it this way too.

    @HANAKO
Hey man, great work on these vests, I really like this. But they have too much stuff on it, it´s the police and not the army special forces 🙂
And most of them are for wide clothes, there is too much space between vest and body. Should be more for uniform shirts and t-shirts or polos.
Would be cool to see some more simple vests e.g. from Leon Kennedy Biohazard 2 Remake
And we need some cool holsters because there aren´t many around. Maybe you could do some...
    Great work, keep it up!!
