nvm i realized they got a new patch for the game i downgraded to patch 7 and everything is working fine even though no one helped me thanks

i just downloaded gta 4 after not playing for a few months started the game bone stock and did the prologue everything was running smooth and fine. i then ended the game and installed lcpdfr a car pack and skin pack police helper tow truck coroner and the scripthook thing oh and els of course so i got all of that in tried to start the game and it wont even pop up it doesnt throw an error code or anything on steam it will say running then never start and i tried to start it from the file itself woudnt work so i thought it might have had something to do with the paul file since it used to be a problem so i disabled it still wont work and im not sure what to try so any suggestions are appreciated

Im not sure if this is the right spot to post this but does anyone have a lcpdfr clan or whatever that are looking to recruit if not if anyone wants to play some multiplayer and patrol the streets lemme know

i deleted the plate reader started the game same message then i installed your lcpdfr loader.net thing restarted game same result and one thing i forgot to mention i installed that script hook thing so i could use the tow truck mod and stuff that was also installed tonight so do you think that could be a issue?

i just recently installed some new mods for gta IV and before hand the game worked flawlessly after i installed them i started up gta and as soon as i spawned i got a message saying lcpdfr fatal error and it said error in script like lcpdfr loader.net and the mods i installed were the plate reader, tow truck, and coroner heres some screenshots of my game files heres my script folder https://gyazo.com/58ec2536da4556e275919429fadb5d99 and heres my gta 4 directory https://gyazo.com/428353b085039d2560b5d0856e65664b so if someone can figure out where i went wrong it would be very appreciated
