i just downloaded gta 4 after not playing for a few months started the game bone stock and did the prologue everything was running smooth and fine. i then ended the game and installed lcpdfr a car pack and skin pack police helper tow truck coroner and the scripthook thing oh and els of course so i got all of that in tried to start the game and it wont even pop up it doesnt throw an error code or anything on steam it will say running then never start and i tried to start it from the file itself woudnt work so i thought it might have had something to do with the paul file since it used to be a problem so i disabled it still wont work and im not sure what to try so any suggestions are appreciated

nvm i realized they got a new patch for the game i downgraded to patch 7 and everything is working fine even though no one helped me thanks
