It loads, however after a few seconds, it locks up and freezes the entire computer. Even when i ctrl-alt-del and open task manager, or try and alt-tab to another window, the screen stays either black, or stays right on whatever part that is on the screen at the time. I'm validating the files now to see if that fixes anything. I just have windows defender on my computer.

Having some issues with the game crashing. At first it started out as when i'd load the game, the screen will come up, it will load rage and gta, but then screen goes black. I can still hear audio like the game is running, but I am unable to see anything. Then, I'll attempt to it the settings cog to see if i accidentally put it in windowed or full screen or directx11 or whatever else is on those tabs i cant remember them all...just remember those ones from the old version and well..anywho...yea just get frustrated. I really wish i was as computer smart as most as my friends and family think I am LOL. Just because I like using tech...doesn't mean i understand it all. TIA and Odin bless each and every one of you! I'm trying to do that, and when i hit the settings cog, it crashes rage, and shuts down.

I had a couple cars replaced and they worked properly, then i updated to .041 and they don't seem to work anymore? Lights don't flash, the xml is still in packdefault folder so not sure whats going on. Any Ideas? TIA

interesting. Well...i'll check it...but i did just notice with another new squad car....that its having issues with lights....lemme get a video of that and post as well

what would the tint have to do with the lightbar thats on top of the vehicle?

I loaded in this squad car...its not lighting up the light bar...all other lights seem to work...any ideas? 2017Tahoe.xml

good to know! thanks! I had to readd the car because i thought for some reason the installer for the modding pack got taken out...so it wiped my folder...so thankfully i only had the one car to readd....and its back

I know for sure update.rpf was updated...as far as simple trainer, i'm not sure... and dlclist, yes it had been added when I used Albos modding pack....

So after waiting for the scripthook update, i didnt play much due to it not working, along with doing a move. Now that i'm back up and running...my added squad car is gone! In its place, along with a bunch more, are different sport vehicles that i did not add...and my added squad isn't even showing! Here are photos of my added vehicles menu in game, along with my vehicle.rpf in my mods folder, showing only the squad car added...but its not showing up in game....any ideas? TIA

nope, almost all plugins need scripthook...so unfortunately we have no other option than to just wait...els needs scripthook so..not sure what else we can do other than wait

You need to update your mods folder. Open open IV, click edit mode, and a green banner will pop up saying to update. Once you do, it should load.

are you sure the vehicle you installed is a ELS model?

I'd love it for the FPIU....i already have one for the FPI....they don't have much else for state squads anymore other than that...they do use tahoes sometimes so maybe one of those....but they mostly use the FPI or FPIU

yes as it works for me. is it still starting the first time, then not starting after you close out again or is it not working at all anymore?

i knew the last 3, and i thought i had fixed what i screwed up, apparently i was wrong lol....oh well....thats ok there were some cars in there i didnt want anymore lol

I ended up deleting and restarting over...not a huge deal lol
