New Jersey Transit Police (new-design) for the Caprice PPV. I tried to make it as realistic as possible. I'm going to also make an Alderney State Transit Police in the same design. I couldn't find a Caprice PPV with a FedSig Valor (which is what they use) so I just used one with a Code-3 2100.

Pack that should be sent to testers later tonight, the Chevy is pretty much done.
Still need to finish up a few things on the GMC
Hope to release the GMC soon, the Chevy will be kept for personal use for a little while, but will be released at the end
