  1. San Andreas Police Force Karin Kuruma patrol vehicle Weird how this is your only post and your account was created 3 minutes before you posted it...
  2. Hey guys, it's been a while since I've posted in the thread. Anyway, 1.2 seemed to go pretty well, thank you everyone for 68,000 downloads so far! I'm already working on version 1.3 and, in fact, patreons and other donators already have access to the first preview version, with a new callout, Welfare check! The next callouts will most likely be EMS requesting police assistance, where the player will either have to take a drunk patient to jail or help some poor paramedics being assaulted by a patient. Those will most likely form update 1.3. After that, I plan on making some military police callouts, either as part of redCallouts or a separate pack. Let me know if you have any ideas and join the discord! https://discord.gg/YyKsG7H
  3. Hi, sorry, this project has been discontinued as it is very out of date and there are better similar projects in development by others.
  4. Hey, I don't have the raw files anymore but if you open the gta iv version file you should be able to export them out of there.
  5. Sorry to hear that. Could you post your ini file for me to check?
  6. If you have issues, please post screenshots or logs and I'll make sure they get sorted.
  7. Development builds have full ini configuration working and the conversation menu is an element of certain new callouts. Be patient.
  8. A series of realistic, location-based callouts by cadmiumRED. redCallouts' goal is to create realistic callouts that make use of the game's assets to immerse the player. redCallouts also gives the player the ability to order suspects to drop their weapon, which itself incorporates in-game voice lines. LATEST RELEASE LIST OF CURRENTLY IMPLEMENTED CALLOUTS Domestic violence Prowler / Possible burglary in progress Officer needs help Hospital security requesting assistance Warrant service requested Fight in progress Robbery just occurred Active Shooter Building alarm Foot pursuit in progress Suspicious person Alcohol consumption in public LIST OF WORK-IN-PROGRESS CALLOUTS (WAITING FOR RELEASE IN DEVELOPMENT CONCEPT ONLY) Welfare check EMS requesting police assistance Subject refusing to leave building UPDATE #2 So far I've re-written the Active Shooter callout to be more stable and easier to work on in future. I'm planning on doing a re-write of all other callouts soon, but I don't know whether that's going to be done soon enough for this update. The major new feature of this update will be a more fully-featured dialogue system. No longer will you just be pressing T to cycle through subtitles, but rather selecting from several options, each leading to different outcomes. Not just questions to ask, but conversations. I'm working on having this work as seamlessly as possible, i.e. you won't have to go from holding someone at gunpoint to standing limply while you question them, you'll actually be animated to be having that conversation. This new dialogue system will be featured most heavily in a new and improved Domestic Disturbance callout, now with more than 10 possibilities, rather than just having to break up their fighting. If you've got any ideas, I'm always happy to hear them! UPDATE #3 I've had to put the new dialogue system on hold for now. The next callout made will most likely be a welfare check. The next major update will either be focused on backup calls, with them happening seperate from regular emergency calls, or it'll be Military Police callouts. A bit out there but I'm interested in expanding. Fun fact, if you give money either on patreon (patreon.com/cadmiumred) or directly through PayPal, you'll get early access to future releases! Thanks! cadmiumRED
  9. LSPDFR 0.4 doesn't take any more time to get in and play than 0.3, excluding the very first time you start the game. Once your character has been created, the process of going duty is nearly identical to 0.3; you go to the police station and go on duty, or, even faster, just forceduty. I like the 0.4 features, as superficial as they may be, and they don't make anything worse. Also, when you're addressing a small team that works on one of the best, most played GTA mods of all time, completely for free, maybe don't act like an insolent child.
  10. Hey guys, I'm running an 8 year old processor and a graphics card from several generations back. I don't experience texture loss, I get decent enough fps everywhere and I rarely crash. You wanna know why? I don't overload my game with scripts. LSPDFR itself is very well coded, for what it is and unless you're running an absolute potato, it's probably not what's bringing your performance down. What does bring your performance down is installing a thousand little scripts that you don't really need. Just cut down on those and your game should run fine.
  11. It'll probably happen at some point, but not for a while. I can't really even estimate when. Sorry.
  12. Why would my girl know whether or not Macgregor slept with your mother?
  13. that's some level 9000 straw-grasping right there.
  14. In my honest opinion, the people claiming to be actual cops on here are 50 percent real cops 50 percent kids pretending to be real cops.
  15. I think what they meant by that was that there are features that were originally in GTA Online, not that there are features that are multiplayer.
  16. There are some, but keep in mind there are also a whole lot of people pretending to be actual cops.
  17. 0.4 will not have multiplayer. It's unlikely LSPDFR will ever have multiplayer. If it does, it'll almost certainly be from a separate mod, not made by G17.
  18. No, but his relationship to your mother is as if he was.
  19. This pack was made for a previous version of EUP. Given that you're on a newer versions, files will have changed locations. I'm sorry, but I just don't have the time nor motivation to port it to the new release of EUP right now.
