Yup, the only error it gave me was that I didn't have windows media player. I tried to install it and windows gave me an error "This file is not compatible with your system" Thanks for your help!

I seem to be running into an issue with Assorted Callouts, for each call out where you are required to talk to someone, every time I hit the Y key to chat with someone, LSPDFR will crash. This has happened so far with the Petrol Robbery, Bank Heist, Solicitation and the Traffic Stop Support missions. In the log that I have attached, I see a line of ????????????????????? for each of the call outs that both Assorted Callouts and Traffic Policer are trying to register. Here is what I did to try to resolve the issue. Tried using the 6/10/2016 version of Albo1125.Common, but then it broke Traffic Policer Tried using the 6/10/2016 version of RAGENativeUI_6_10_2016 and I received the same result Tried removing RageHook and re-enabling it to see if it would unblock the Albo1125.common.dll, but it never came up on the list of unblocked .dlls Made sure that all of the files where in the right place All of the ACA and TPA audio files were in lspdfr/police scanner folder Both .dlls albo1125.common.dll and RageNativeUI.dll were in the Grand Theft Auto V folder and are the latest versions All the .ini and .dll files for both ACA and TPA were in the plugins/LSDFR folders The next thing I will try is to start with a clean Grand Theft Auto 5 folder and only install Assorted Callouts in case there is a conflict with other plug-ins.
