This is why I choose not to watch the news anymore, not because I'm ignorant of the facts, but because I know the United States, and other countries are turning to chaos one day at a time, and I choose not to watch the outcomes as they happen. @Slimory - The U.S. haven't had Active Troops in Iraq for a bit, and whoever said Iraq wasn't civilized, get your facts straight, they live in an extremely un-free country, but that is no reason to say they the vast majority of the Civilian population is uncivilized.

This truck was made a while ago for a community called TonkaRoleplay, not sure if it's still around or not, I would have to assume not as I've haven't heard about it recently.

The start of the Hill street is completely flooded, hence why the entire road is blocked off. Also, look to the left and you can see the entire lower area of the abandoned factory is flooded. -

I'd be amazed if you could install OpenIV without finding a way for it to make your computer blue-screen. Don't like the mod, don't use it, but don't discourage other members not to install, just because you lack the knowledge to properly install a modification. Have a fantastic evening.
