  3. I've been using ELS for the past 2 years, and I've never had a problem with the engine being forced off, in any instance. But like Gonzy said, when you get out, just tap F to get out, holding F will turn the engine off.
  4. SA:MP doesn't support the Steam version of San Andreas.
  5. Might be a few on GTAInside or GTA4-Mods.
  6. You can use Simple Native Trainer v.6 for that, Car Options>Save Car and the car will stay there.
  7. I uploaded my ENB settings, they're pretty good. Though the sky screws up at times. http://www.2shared.com/file/SL1Mu_90/MoonShines_ENB.html
  8. I love OpenIV, crashes sometimes, but I hate SparkIV, only use it for a couple things that OpenIV can't.

  11. Officer Down by Theresa Schwegel is an excellent book. Good story, good feel.
  12. Always a good idea to save your project as often as possible, even as a separate file, in case you need to go back.
  13. There's a good amount of mods on this site, including Unmarked. Go to the download list, and the top uploaders have mods. Cj24 has a couple unmarked vehicles I know.
  14. I don't think they're exactly alike, but I believe they both do pretty much the same things. Don't know if you can use together or not.
  15. In the .wtd file, the police skins are usually named police_1 or something of the sort. There are usually 4 available slots, scroll down the list until you see the liveries. (skins).
  16. You do know how to put in car mods, right? So obviously you have to go to that vehicle in SparkIV and edit it. fbi, noose, police or police2.
  17. Some of his mod are available on GTAInside I believe.
  18. Haha, never done it that way. Sorta did it a manual way, by copying and pasting the image into a new Document.
  19. Yeah, I just modified the textures of an already made vehicle. Like I said, couldn't make it exactly like it.
  20. Yeah I did, Haha. Glad you like it.
  21. I usually use A-02 or C-02.
  22. I modified this vehicle to look somewhat like that of Boca Raton's, Lightbar isn't the exact same, but the closest I could do.
