GTA V never actually launches. It gets stuck in the Rockstar launcher.

Hi! I am having a problem launching GTA V thru either steam or rockstar. I went ahead and did a clean install, and it seems like the two programs are bouncing requests back and forth. When one finally goes thru to steam, it says the game is already running, which it is not. (Checked task manager and background processes). It seems to me like steam sees the Rockstar launcher as the game itself... any ideas?

Still having issues after reinstalling EUP, I have no idea what is wrong. I've tried all the fixes recommended and it still has the same issue. I had an old version (7.2) on my PC so I tried it, and it did the same. Let me know if you think up any other fixes.

No, I don't see it in there. Do I just take it from the fix and put it in there?

When I try to use the EUP Menu, the main apparel is locked, I cannot figure out why. It's says that "Emergency Uniforms Pack Is Not Installed" even though I have EUP 7.3 and the fix installed.
