Here is my ped modification for the DHS Federal Protective Service officer.
 
NOTE: It should have the FPS patch on both the sleeves, but unfortunately I couldn't put the patch on the left sleeve because of the black & white US flag, because I found out that something is messed up with the texture template. So it is NOT fully accurate.

The 1st Special Forces Operational Detachment-Delta, aka Delta Force, is an elite Special Mission Unit of the United States Army. It is used for hostage rescue and counterterrorism, as well as direct action and reconnaissance against high-value targets. Along with its US Navy counterpart, DEVGRU "Seal Team 6", is the United States military's primary counter-terrorism units and falls under the operational control of the Joint Special Operations Command, and performs many of the most highly complex and dangerous missions in the U.S. military, often highly classified as well. This unit is also often referred to as special mission unit by the U.S. government.

These guys have taken part in many of the most important events of Texas history, such as stopping the assassination of Presidents William Howard Taft and Porfirio Díaz in El Paso, Texas, and in some of the best-known criminal cases in the history of the Old West, such as those of gunfighter John Wesley Hardin, bank robber Sam Bass, and outlaws Bonnie and Clyde. Scores of books have been written about the Rangers, from well-researched works of nonfiction to pulp novels and other such fiction, making the Rangers significant participants in the mythology of the Wild West.
 
As you can know from what stated, this is one of the best-known reason to think twice before messing with Texas.

Arrive on scene and make sure it is secure and take the witness statement. There is no one to hunt down, there is no pursuit, you job is JUST to secure the scene. (This works best with BetterEMS and Traffic Policer so you have barriers.)
