How can I find the white cowboy hat from GTA Online in OpenIV? I mean the one quoted here: http://gta.wikia.com/wiki/Clothing_in_GTA_Online

I mean someone with a jacket and tied blouse, and also a hat. Isn't there anyone?

Hi! I'm looking for a ped model in GTA V who has the ped file (body) wearing a smoking jacket or something of that type, and also the prop file (hat), so I can replace it with the cowboy hat. Or if there's no ped with smoking jacket for this purpose, maybe a blouse. Lemme know.

Hello guys! This is the forum that I want to dedicate to one of the first and most re-known police forces in the United States: the Texas DPS State Troopers. Who knows what I did until know, maybe knows that I made a tribute to this agency by making this: There are some users like JJDawkins and xCraftingFobe that are making a Texas DPS Pack (vehicles). In fact, when I released this ped, they congratulated me for my work. But there's something I want to improve on my Texas ped: remove the badge on the hat and the star-points on the shirt badge. And to do it, I need someone who can work with models, anyone among you. So I can release the ultimate version of the Texas DPS Trooper, adding who helps me as contributor of course. So, what do you think about it? Post it on here! Currently, I'm planning about making a ped from the Texas Ranger Division or Texas DPS SWAT. So you can feel more the Texas essence in you. To remove the wires and badge I need zmodeler3, right? Or maybe ask @Troopercharles if he can unlock the cowboy hat file.

Hello guys! I recently updated my Texas ped, but there was the problem of the badge on the cowboy hat, I had to be removed, so I asked @Desmond98 to do the favor for me, and he did. But I don't know why, the hat isn't positioned properly on the ped's head (it's a bit too on the right side and also a bit too in the rear side of the ped's head). You can look in the pics. I'm hoping there's someone who can help me on this, like @Yard1, the ped maker for excellence, or someone else who can do it. I just need anyone who can position the hat properly for me, and ever better he you removes the star-points on the shirt badge (Texas DPS have circle-shaped shirt badge in real life). I recently made a Texas DPS Trooper, but it needs a proper cowboy hat, without any badge. I don't know if there's someone who can remove the badge and the round-wires from the hat. Lemme know. Ok. And when do court summonses occur? Especially when you're in California. Is it about a felony like hit and run or something of that kind?

I would to know what's the difference between ticket and court summons in general and in the Albo1125's LSPDFR+ plugin. And what offences is applied to (for example suspended license, felony evading, hit and run, etc.).
