Ah yes now I read "lore-friendly", because he was taking about realistic stuff, so I posted that link. Also because I'm used to use realistic stuff (vehicles, skins, etc.) so it came automatically in my mind. So, nevermind.

Hello boys and girls! How's it going? Today, I have the pleasure to present you the Florida Highway Patrol State Trooper. These guys can be found on any highway in the state of Florida. Their duty is to enforce the law all over the state, securing the roads, catching people who don't respect the law, and doing all what they can to keep the public safe. Yeah. That's because I put the Vice City map, and this one STILL has no traffic, because there isn't a script that makes the cars spawn and roam around the map. Otherwise I'd be cracking down on all those blokes who come in Florida for "spring break". -
Exactly. So we could even make police callout events spawn in Vice City, making "VCPDFR". -
I hope there will be some traffic too one day.

All what I did was pick Gump's FHP Crown Vic and the Vice City map. Nothing else.
