My LSPDFR keeps randomly crashing and I can't figure out which mod is causing this can someone help me? RagePluginHook.log

After installing all the mods needed for bright lights (Visual V, Radiance V,) and turning shaders and post fx to ultra, my police lights continue to be extremely dim when I'm in the car/close to the car. However, if I get at a distance, the lights become bright and beautiful just like I intended them to be. Please help!!!!!

Whenever I install a police car mod with els, the lights are super dim. I adjusted the brightness and it worked partially. Basically whenever I pause the game and unpause the lights work super good for like a second then they dim out to almost a white color. The reflection on buildings is fine but the actual lights display an almost white color instead of the actual bright blue and red. My postfx is at ultra.

I've checked everything twice and all is correct. When I see someone run a red light or speed I always try to pull them over... but when I press SHIFT to pull them over NOTHING happens!!!!! :(

I have pressed SHIFT many times when I'm pulling someone over and nothing happens. Please help!! -David
