NSW Fire & Rescue Pumper 1.0.0 Note: This model is a major work in progress and is only being released early due to circumstances out of our control, there is still much to be done on this and it has a way to go before it is completed. The final model is expected to be released on the 23rd of Feb 2017. !!!!!!!ATTENTION!!!!!!!! The Final Model has been delayed significantly due to having to work and attend university full time. I apologise for the delay and hope to have the model finished by EARLY MARCH The final model will include: -Current and realistic cab (has been sourced). -Proper Back wheels to replace the place holders on the current model. -Resizing the truck to its actual life like dimensions. -Functional and operational rear working lights. -Rescue Pumper skin variants and plenty more. This model is a major work in progress and is only being released due to the circumstances out of our control, the model is very much a work in progress and is in need of a new cab. the final model is expected to be released next weekend. It will include: -Current and more realistic cab -Proper Back wheels to replace the pace holders on the current model -Resizing the truck to relistic dimensions Released

fire truck update: the fire truck WIP#1 will be uploaded this weekend! Over the week I will be re-sourcing a new cab, changing the back wheels and re-scaling but I feel you guys have had to wait to long enough for this model! The final version will be uploaded next weekend!

Hmm true about the first! But it is impossible to work at 001 and 305, 001 only houses permanent crews and fire fighters are only posted to one fire station unless they are placed on a rotation roster or they are on a relief roster! But fire fighters would never be posted out to a fire station as far away as 305 and then to 001?! FRNSW very rarely recruit permanent fire fighters who are 18 years old, they require "life experience" and prefer applicants to have a trade or other qualifications! Also I doubt an 18 year old would be hired as an equipment manager even at a retained fire station! But yeah there are a lot of young kids in the RFS!

sorry man you are wrong, in the fire brigade we are often called to ADFA to attend AFA calls, and every single time we are met either by Wilson Security rapid or the PSO's. you also see one or both them parked around ADFA at different times of the day.

you would be wrong, PSOs and Wilson security rapid patrols actually share a patrolling radius on the ADFA/Duntroon base and around parliament house. and read what he said again PSO's are not special constables, the two are very different.

Alright so how about we just stop talking about this completely, the admins and the actual owner of LSPDFR himself have come in and explained the issues very politely to us and they have been more then fair to us. Yet they have to keep repeating themselves because people just do not get it, its not rocket science, read the rules, don't break them, don't argue. Easy as. If you have trouble processing or understanding the simply instructions the admins are giving then maybe LSPDFR is not for you. Lets just get back to making bad ass models. Not everyone has to voice their opinions on the rules and instructions of this thread, they are not going to change them, build a bridge a move on

Alright so just a little update for you all, firstly sorry i have been absent from the thread for a while just been busy with work and uni. haha there is like 20 pages i have missed, but its good to see the thread picking up some steam. SO here are some screen shots of the fire truck so far. it is finally in game after a long a time of it being stuck in a limbo of sorts it is good to be able to make some more progress. There are a few things that need to be fixed, firstly I need to remodel the emergency lights on top of the cab they look like cancer, the back wheel needs to be fixed as well and @SkillfulCorpse needs to make a skin that actually fits on the truck properly ;), apart from that the model is in game and working well. Im hoping that it will be all ready by this weekend or next. Sorry about the blurry screen shots for some reason or another my fraps screenshots are coming out super blurry atm so yeah.

hahaha if only you knew how bad the turf war was here in the ACT. between ACTFR, the RFS and the parks fire brigade there is ALOT of winging and bickering its crazy. eg. fire and rescue trying to stop the RFS from receiving calls ( they want to deal with everything themselves), the parks brigade trying to start a fight with everyone.
