    is it somehow possible to deactivate the headlight and taillight wig-wag? I can´t find thios option in the ELSfile. Is it possivle like ELSIV to set them False? It´s from the CHP MEGAPACK. I don´t like wig-wags police4.xml

    how can i create my own charakter? loaded the plugin in rph but nothing happens. and my english is not the best so i dont understand the description and readme properly :D
