I saw videos on YouTube, of the head lights giving off a wig wag flash effect, while the cars I have downloaded only have the head lights dim & brighten without "wig-wagging", how do I get them to wig wag? Also, I've seen descriptions in the cars "best used with Halogen mode".... how do I enable the "Halogen" mode on ELS V6?

I downloaded the Paramedic Mod from Team-Neo & it has only 1 callout; "Respond To A Fallen Pedestrian".... thats pretty rediculous for a mod. are there other paramedic mods out there that have more callouts? (unless in the paramedic.ini, i can change the number or callouts & type of callouts?)

Ok, so its only a Paramedic mod not the police mod? I have LCPDFR installed, will it crash the game since i have it installed?

I downloaded the Paramedic mod.zip, & in the Paramedic.ini it says "POLICE PURSUIT MOD CONFIGURATION FILE".... I thought it was the Paramedic Mod, not the Police Pursuit Mod?

Ok everything in the zip is in C:Program Files (x86)Rockstar GamesEFLC & still it doesnt work UPDATE** I found a hidden file & replaced all of the files & it works now!

I would like to make my own police car mods (& possibly release them to the public if i am satisfied with my work) but I dont know where to start, what pograms to use & how to do the whole 9 yards. I'd like to experiment as well, therefore using a tutorial wont be much fun. Does anyone know where I can get the GTA IV tool to create cars? (ie police cars)

I'm looking for ANY first responder vehicle, (for example, a volunteer emt/firefighter's car) or even a Ford utility truck ems/fire/pd vehicle (such as pictured below) I've only seen 1 so far, & that was a Dodge Ram (i think?) by Ssanchez10. Also looking for a EMS supervisor / fire chief vehicle such as a Ford Explorer, Excursion (such as pictured below)

Ok, I made one arrest & then the game crashed. I went to look at the Crime Stats & it says "Error." in the top left corner. It says "CONNECTING" next to "RESET STATS". If I click "CONNECTING" It goes to "DISCONNECTED" & If i cick to Connect it says error again

Ok, I have done that, now just play the game in LCPDFR mode & the crime statistics will start recording?

The only problem i have with that is SparkIV never worked on my laptop, always stops responding as soon as I double-click SparkIV.exe (its in another one of my topics that I have started) EDIT: Is there somehow a way, that someone can do it for me? EDIT 2** I got Spark IV to work, now how to change it to all black?

I've installed LCPDFR but without linking my LCPDFR.com account (since I didn't have one at the time), I want to link it & record crime statistics.... is there anyway how to do that?
