  1. Could put the markings over the black stripe in the front. Stretch out the text a little and see how it works. If not, put it on the side, near the furthest window. Play around with it and see what works. 🙂 That's what I do when I mess with skins. (I don't make them, I take existing ones and just add supervisor text for my game)

  3. Hey there. If it's not too much trouble, do you think you could include all the vehicles from Elmo's pack?
  4. Someone who makes skins and can see the detail might have more of an opinion, but I really like it and can't see any immediate issue with it.
  5. Make sure postfx and shaders are on high.
  6. Main.PreloadAllModels = true Change to false
  7. 1) I've never had a crash resulting from ELS, and I have yet to encounter a limit for ELS cars. I have multiple dlcpacks filled with add-on cars, all ELS, and all work fine. The only crash that might be from ELS is if you install it incorrectly or make a mistake in the VCF. 2) Yes. You can use ELS cars and non ELS cars at the same time without issue. In addition, say you wanted a non ELS enabled car to use ELS's siren functionality. If you change some settings in the VCF and give it to the non ELS enabled car, you can control the siren and lights with ELS's keybinds. However, you will not have any other function. You won't be able to change patterns, activate traffic advisor, cruise lights, etc. Basically, for non ELS vehicles, ELS is a better Siren Mastery. 3) Right control is what it uses. I don't know if it works for left control as well, I've never tried. I changed the keybinding so that instead of CTRL P, it's CTRL U. The 'control' key cannot be changed.
  8. Hey there 1) By 'destabilize', do you mean fps hits? ELS has never tanked my fps or caused lag. For people with lower end PCS, it might, I'm not too sure on that. 2) I know nothing about carcols, so I might be wrong here. With ELS V, you're given XMLs for the ELS enabled cars. Without them, the car's lights and sirens don't work right. You can still turn on the siren via normal GTA's keybind, but the lights won't work. The XML not only controls your siren and lights, but the environment lighting for the car. The ELS INI also has global environment settings, but I don't think this matters for non ELS. Basically, if it's an ELS enabled model, it has to have a VCF. 3) I never played IV on PC, so not sure what you mean by binding issue. However, you can change the keybind in the INI since the default open key is CTRL P. 4) ELS vanilla cars are kinda rare, at least on this site. I went back 10 pages in the file list (searching ELS cars only) and this was the only pack I found. 5) Yes it is! As I stated above, without an XML, the slot is back to using vanilla lights and siren control.
  9. Look through each texture in the .ytd until you find a transparent one that MIGHT be the unmarked livery. It could be named template. If you can't find it, I'll have a look tomorrow.
  10. When you first looked in the .ytd, what was the unmarked livery named? ford_sign_1? template?
  11. The author should've provided a vehicles.meta which edits the rider's sitting position. If he didn't include a meta, I'd contact him and ask about it.
  12. Are you running ELS and Siren Mastery? I could be wrong, but I think the issue is conflicting siren mods.
  13. Hi there, Check the first FAQ I mention here.
  14. I don't recall if the default livery name is tau_sign_1, but this vehicle is not multi livery enabled, meaning it can only have one livery at a time. To my knowledge, the livery (sign_1) can be replaced, but I might be wrong.
  15. It sounds like the car is not an ELS vehicle. Non ELS cars don't have the ability of changing their namehash to a non law enforcement vehicle.
