We generally don't provide fivem support, your best bet is posting and asking on the fivem community. In addition, assuming you're referring to LTCain's ELS and not one of the shoddy fivem ripoffs, it has been stated that ELS is intended for singleplayer use and was not made for an online environment.

Make sure you have ScriptHookV, and be sure you installed the ELS XML file to pack_default.

Arrest Manager you don't need at all. StopThePed eliminates this entirely. Smart Radio and Traffic Policer are 50/50, it comes down to you. You don't need them, but they do make things a little better gameplay wise. Yeah, if you need help with something LSPDFR related, post in the 0.4 section. If you need help installing vehicles or weapons or something like that, post in GTA V support. 🙂

If you need help learning how to mod, just need to ask. 🙂 However I recommend looking up tutorials on Youtube, there are so many that can help. I'd also check out Bejoljo's mods. His mods are an upgrade to albo's and are much less resource intensive.

Please post in the correct location in the future.You need to create the patchdays yourself. To do this, go into the vanilla (unedited) update-->x64--->dlcpacks. Here you should see all of your patchdays. Go into the latest one and click "edit mode". You should see a red box telling you to create this path in the mods folder. Do it.
