Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure the good-looking lights in GTA 4 are caused by a mixture of ENB and visualsettings.dat brightness. Even though the lights look good in GTA V I would still like to see a realistic 3-stage light/siren control script.

I agree, but don't you still want a realistic control script? 

This is why filming cops is the best thing we can do. This sort of thing used to happen all the time before we had cameras in our phones and on our news helicopters. Keep filming cops, they are public officials and deserve to be held accountable for everything they do. Just because you have a lot of adrenaline going, and you're probably frustrated that you had to chase this guy so long, doesn't mean you can beat the crap out of him when he's not resisting.

Okay how about this. ELS without the look of the lights changing, but still all the features of ELS. Sound fair?

They don't want it because, "it looks good enough as is". I would like to see ELS because I would like to choose yelp or rumbler and not have it be a crap shoot, mutiple patterns on lights, and multiple light stages. I would also like to see some SAHP cars. (Like Yard1's)

They're not drawing attention because they're Christians. They're drawing attention because they refuse to cater a wedding because it was for a gay couple. If every business that was owned by Christians was targeted specifically because the owners were Christians, the majority of businesses operating in the country would be affected. 

The funny thing is that the criminal in this case is the cop. So its not a tragedy that the cop will spend a very long time in prison for the murder he committed.

So somebody with a broken taillight who's running from the police deserves death? Oh boy ...
 
That's not a "criminal off the streets", that is just plain murder. You deserve a fine for that, but not being shot in the back. If you support brutality like that, you can't be taken seriously.
