The font looks like a heavily modified Times New Roman font

I believe that the Tahoe has the words "State Trooper" with a lighter navy blue with a gold/mustard yellow outline above the plate. It also has a more formal font. They use the tahoe also. I have seen it on one of the AST episodes.

Do you have any scripts? Did you update RageHook To 0.37? What plugins do you have? Have you reinstalled? Did you upgrade ScriptHook? We need more info.
