Failed, my CPU does not meet this requirements, and my Video Card does not meet the requirements. So i guess i wasted my f**king money on buying this game?

Hello, I just recently got my LCPD:FR to work, and i'm having a bit of a lag problem. And my graphics are all the way down. Does anybody know how to fix this, or why it's happening? Thank you - Tommy.
