This vehicle pack contains 9 vehicles. 5 patrol, 2 unmarked and 2 K9 vehicles, with the nForce light bars set up to emulate dual/tri color modules and floodlight takedowns. The patrol vehicles come with two different types of skins. White and black, and blue and copper. If you want a silver base like in my screens you'll have to use the trainer, or the default is white. The vehicle set ups are not based off anything, just the skins are based of the modern Arizona DPS design.

- 2016 Charger (Patrol & Unmarked)
- 2015 Tahoe (Patrol & K9)
- 2013 FPIU (Patrol, Unmarked & K9)
PLEASE NOTE
- The pack is split into two parts due to upload size limits.
- If you do not have extra police slots setup POLICE5 will not work in game. You can rename these files, or any of them to whatever slot you want. Just make sure your VCFs and vehicles.meta, mainly the handling lines, are correct (so you don't have SUV handling for a sedan or something).

KNOWN ISSUES:
- There will be floating emissives/lights on certain vehicles when opening the trunk or when bumpers fall off. This is because due to the limited extras I can't attach every emissive to their respective parts without drastically changing the lighting setup. Personally I'd rather set up the lighting the way I wanted it and just live with the floating lights on the odd occasion I open my trunk with the lights on or obliterate my front end. Sorry if this bothers you.

ARE YOUR WINDOWS AND LIGHTBAR COMPLETELY BLACK!? Go into the vehicle.meta and find the 'diffusetint' line for the particular model (SHERIFF2, SHERIFF, POLICE, etc). Replace that value with <diffuseTint value="0x00FFFFFF" /> ... Or simply change the tint in game with a native trainer If you are changing the liveries YOU MUST change the textures in both the normal .ytd and the +hi.ytd ... if you just change it in one or the other the liveries will be different at different distances. If you don't like something about the lighting patterns, speeds, light stages or anything related to ELS chances are you can change it! ELS is extremely customizable. Check out the ELS documentation, please don't ask me. All the info you need is in there. Also please note the patterns are limited on these vehicles to achieve the dual color effect. Special thanks for to all of the CoolKids members for helping out with reference images, suggestions, etc. Light bar couldn't have been as accurate as it is without their help.
Feel free to convert to whatever game you wish, I don't care if you use it for Farming Sim, Euro Truck, etc. I just request I receive the proper credits for the model regardless of where you use it.

BradM reacted to Gump for a file, Small Town PD 2014 FPIU (ELS)I thought that I would go a bit of a different route with this model. It's small town police department FPIU. What does that mean exactly? Well, I wanted to create a FPIU that a small town police agency would have. I only put Star lighting on there because it is cheap and more than likely what Grapeseed or Sandy Shores could afford. Everything on it is basic lighting and equipment. No name brands. Just a little something to change things up. But, I am really happy with the outcome of it and I know that you are going to love it as well! Comes with some extra's that I am sure you guys will appreciate. Haha.

Note: Please do not leave bad reviews due to the way the ELS VCF is set up, you can change this to your liking by reading below or in the ReadMe!
Information:
After a long break of uploading anything I have returned with this 1999 CVPI, with my first scratch modeled part: the Tomar Heliobe (A DEV version is coming soon). The included ELS VCF uses auto lighting activation, meaning with one press of (J) all lights are activated. To change this set "LstgActivationType" from auto to manual. The VCF wasn't set up to be used like this so there may be issues with the lighting patterns for stage 1 & 2. This car has functioning takedowns and breakable windows. You can put this car in any slot as long as it is based on a CVPI (Stanier). Make sure to put all vehicle files in the latest patchday.

Known Bugs:
- When not in code 3, the warning lights flash slowly instead of strobe-like. You can fix this by manually changing the pattern while in stage 1 & 2 or using the warning lights with "L".

- If you do not have extra police slots setup POLICE5 and POLICE6 will not work in game. You can rename these to whatever you want. Just make sure your vehicles.meta, mainly the handling lines, are correct (so you don't have SUV handling for a sedan or something).

TINT BUG? Go into the vehicle.meta and find the 'diffusetint' line for the particular model (SHERIFF2, SHERIFF, POLICE, etc). Replace that value with <diffuseTint value="0x00FFFFFF" /> ... Or simply change the tint in game with a native trainer If your Impala is flipping try a different handling line. I have had luck with POLICE3 and FUGITIVE If you are changing the liveries YOU MUST change the textures in both the normal .ytd and the +hi.ytd ... if you just change it in one or the other the liveries will be different at different distances. If you don't like something about the lighting patterns, speeds, light stages or anything related to ELS chances are you can change it! ELS is extremely customizable. Check out the ELS documentation, please don't ask me. All the info you need is in there. If you notice a bug or mistake (which I most likely have made a few) please let me know, and I'll try to fix it in the next update. It could be an easy or quick fix. -

I apologize for taking so long to get this model out, I have been struggling financially and in my personal life, hence leading to me not being able
to do much modding.
MODEL NOTES

- This model feature the brand new Ford Crown Victoria from Forza Horizon 3. As such, the base model it uses is significantly better quality,
features proper textures, a full 3d engine, proper scaling and many other features. When myself and Lundy created this model, our goal was that if
it wasnt on the actual real life car, then we wouldnt feature it on our car and vise versa.
- The template for this base model is highly similar to the DSF one, but there are some slight differences which make it easier for skinners to
do their thing. It requires minimal ammount of work to make it fit my template!
- When using this model in zmodeler, I have added a flat engine as the L1 if you decide that you don't want to use the engine. All you have to do is
decompound the engine, delete the L0 and copy the L1.
- I have also included the SAP version for people who would like to use that.
- I will be making multiple other versions for this vehicle, being different years, all the way back to when they first used this body style.
- When making a model, you MUST make sure you go and drag in the options you want for your base model, If i see a message saying, oh why don't I have
a grille, I will not answer.
- The template for the model is very similar to the one used for all of the DSF models, but unfortunately due to the difference in the models, and the
need to make it easier for skinners, the templates do not line up 100%.
- I've also included in the EXTRAS folder, a PSD for the emissives if you decide you want to change how bright they are, or change them entirely,
the options for different colored interiors (tan and grey), and the templates for the windows and bodyshell.
- Everything in this model should be ready for you guys to do whatever with.

Each skin comes with 3 styles: black & tan, all black and all tan.
If you notice any errors please let me know. If you want a skin made for a certain model let me know and I'll get around to adding it.
