Was looking for a truck to put in game. Browsed across this one. "I'll give it a try" I said as I was replacing my FBI2 slot. Patrolled it for an hour in it.. Thought to myself.. " I'll never take it out " - Lol Absolutely LOVE the all blue lights you made available for us. Superb vehicle all around. Can't wait to take this thing out on more patrols. Thank you for an absolutely outstanding addition to my fleet. - Ron
  1. Greetings, New update is awesome. Haven't had a single problem with any of the callouts. New callout regarding the illegal immigrants was absolutely hilarious. Had a lot of fun with that one. Thanks for another update!
  2. Thank you SO much for your help and quick response. I've been on an all blue kick lately and it looks absolutely amazing. :D
  3. Hey all, I've been using this model for awhile and it is absolutely AWESOME! I just noticed it came with the file for all blue lights and I was looking for some instructions on how to install those if anyone could help me out I'd be much appreciated. I've read over the read me and the page and also did a search on google looking for an answer but I'm batting zero over here. :p Thanks, - Ron
First let me start by saying I put in files with the all blue - and it's simply amazing. Since I've been playing GTAV and LSPDFR in paticular I've had to deal with the lousy vanilla police4 that I've used up until today with the blue and off red/orange lights. This has bothered me so much I would never bother with the car. I never understood WHY those lights were orange to begin with. I just put this vehicle in and spent the last hour patrolling and harassing hookers in an unmarked squad that has a BEAUTIFUL lighting system. I can't wait to use this car more and look forward to recording with it also. My only complaint about this vehicle was I noticed that the left headlight kept going out when I had the emergency strobes on to make my headlights wig-wag. It seems like it would always flash once and then it would burnout completely. I simply turned them off while driving this vehicle and haven't had any problems since. edit The above problem has since stopped. Not sure how or why. :P - Ron
  4. Hey there and thank you for your response! I went through all my config files to look around and make sure nothing else would be interfering with it. I actually ended up downloading MoreControlV until I was able to get it sorted out.
  5. Amazing car. I've played with the vanilla sheriff 2 up until I downloaded this to replace it. I guess it's been so long since I've used the Sheriff2 slot I forgot how slow they are compared to the rest. I was trying to pop my hood to make sure this thing had a police interceptor in it! :P Beautiful work on this one. 5/5
One word, amazing. This is the first vehicle I've ever replaced my Sheriff2 slot and I can't wait to take it out on more patrols. Thank you for your hard work and releasing it to all of us! \
Awesome callouts all around. Never had any issues with accepting or completing anything associated with this plugin. Had a question I posted to comments and got an intimidate response from the author. Thanks for taking care of us noobs out there, Albo! Can't wait to see what you've got for us next. Hands down, 5/5 - Ron
  6. Greetings, I've been using this mod for awhile now. I notice sometimes when I accept the callout to back up another officer on a traffic stop he's sitting there with a motorcycle pulled over on the side of the road. When I approach him and talk with him he asks me if I know why people don't wear their seat belt and informs me this particular driver wasn't wearing theirs. I keep trying to remind him that it's a motorcycle but he insists on ticketing them for their lack of it. :P I was wondering if there was any way to remove the motorcycles from that specific call, without disabling it completely. Thanks, - Ron
Hands down one of the best callout scripts I've used. Had a couple questions and the author has always been very quick to respond to my questions and concerns. I ran over a poor deer earlier and I'm always so delighted when the vet shows up and says "it's alive" - lol Overall it's awesome. 5/5
  7. Oh snap, my bad. sorry to bring it up here. I thought since the blip was green it was a wilderness callout. I'll have to look through my configs and isolate which callout script it belongs to. Thanks for the quick response! - Ron
  8. Greetings, I've been using this mod for awhile now. I notice sometimes when I accept the call out to back up another officer on a traffic stop he's sitting there with a motorcycle pulled over on the side of the road. When I approach him and talk with him he asks me if I know why people don't wear their seatbelts. I keep trying to remind him that it's a motorcycle but he insists on ticketing them for their lack of it. :P I was wondering if there was any way to remove the motorcycles from that specific call, without disabling it completely. Thanks, - Ron
  9. Greetings and salutations, I had a quick question about this mod. I notice when I accept the callout for a stolen police vehicle or emergency vehicle carjacking that they tend to yield to me when I fluctuate my siren. (The Horn button) I was wondering if there was anyway to bypass this so they aren't yielding to me like other officers are suppose to? :P Thanks, - Ron
  10. Greetings and salutations, I've a question about one of the features this mod offers. Referring to the auto vehicle door lock/unlock function. Mine is currently set to default, yet I've witnessed numberous times that someone has entered my squad and taken off in it. Is there a manual function such as a hot key I can use to manually toggle my vehicle door locks/unlocks? Should I lower the settings from the default, and if so, what should I set them as so this kind of thing doesn't happen in the future? :P It's very annoying when I see my squad take off down the road and I'm trying to catch it on a moped!
  11. Hey all, LifeTheRonWay here agian. I tried using this car previously but I suffered from very dull lighting even after I followed the instructions to fix. One thing I didn't try was removing the radiance. I'm currently using the "bright" settings. Does anyone know if this would have any affect on the lighting, and or fix said issues?
  12. Hey all, One of the features I really miss from GTA IV LCPDFR is when you stopped someone it ID'd everyone in the vehicle. It would also call each ID in if you stood beside the vehicle and ran the ID vs using the police computer. It also showed the name of the last ID's checked on the police computer when you logged in. I was wondering if such a thing exists for LSPDFR, and if not, WHY!? :P Not sure if anyone else cared much for that feature but when I stop a stolen vehicle occupied x4 I'd love to be able to ID everyone in it. :) Thanks in advance, - Ron
Nice car. Was a little disappointed in the lighting even after I followed the instructions to fix. Might use it for a few patrols but overall plan on replacing rather quickly. Beats the vanilla police slot, though.
  13. That's what I was thinking. Lighting looks 10x better on page than in game. Over all a nice car though. Will probably end up replacing it rather quickly though.
  14. "Blaine Country" lolololol redneck cops ftw.
Car is a 5/5 easily. It truly is a beauty and I haven't driven anything else since I put it in the game. I've been looking and looking for a arjent with working traffic advisors, and I'm just wow'd everytime it lights up. I would like to gripe about my biggest and only complaint, however, is that there was not a read me file inside the download. I even downloaded all previous versions looking for any type of read me file for instructions on how to install it. I realize it is my own fault and lack of knowledge for not knowing how to install the file, but I was so vested in using it that I scrolled through five pages of comments twice before I found the necessary instructions of what to do with it. It may not help everyone but I for one could have been one less person needing help with what to do with my download. If you don't want to include the read me in the download for most people to ignore, maybe you could think about listing the steps under "about this file" in the future. :) - LTRW
  15. First let me say that the pictures of this car make it look awesome, and I can't wait to use it in game. With that being said I was hoping I may get a step-by-step of how to insert the vehicle in my game. I looked across the page and through the comments hoping to find more detailed instructions but I was unable to. Alas I am a nooblet that has just gotten back into PC gaming. I thought I had the answer from someone's comment but I ended up corrupting a game file, go figure. I did learn the hard way to make backups so I was prepared for my mess up! Lol. I have openIV I really just need to know where in all that mess to put the files! :P Thanks in advance, - Ron
