These were made with Templates that came with JJDawkins Packs. these skins work with his vehicles for sure, as I personally tested them in game as I developed the skins. He used two cvpi templates, so there is the standard cvpi_sign_1, as well as dawkins_cvpi_1 in case you happen to use his (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!) Open vehicles.rpf inside of \mods(if enabled)\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday17ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\ using OpenIV. Click “Edit mode” button inside of OpenIV (right of the path box). Drag police.ytd, police+hi.ytd, police.yft, police_hi.yft into OpenIV. Close OpenIV. Copy the POLICE.XML ELS config file into your ELS configs directory. Start GTA V and enjoy!

This was my first release for gtav and I've come a long way since then. It has been several years since I have even looked at this vest pack and I likely wont pick it back up any time soon due to my focus shifting to other things. There are now many higher quality options available, both free and paid, and the version of eup these were built for is now outdated.
 
With all that said if you still wish to use them the textures will most certainly work with the proper vest models as they utilized vanilla vests (.ydd files). However you will likely have to find those vest models and install the textures to them on your own as the install instructions are most certainly outdated for newer versions of eup.

This pack started out as a single K9 vest for my own game but due to the interest in it I decided to make a few more and share them with everyone.
 
- These are vest skins for EUP with lots of options for each vest.
- Included so far are a vest for longsleeve uniforms, a vest for shortsleeve uniforms, and a vest for plain clothes units with several patch options for each.
 
- There are patch options that will work with any uniform (police, sheriff, etc.) and Lore specific options as well (LSPD, BCSO, etc.)
              - Patch options included so far :
                            -Police (flag or K9, 2 fonts)/ Sheriff (flag or K9, 2 fonts, Yellow k9 unit)/ State Police (flag or k9)/ Highway Patrol (flag or k9, 2 fonts)

this time as a theme, the Los Santos County Constable Office on Texan model. the paint and the uniform Colors, are fully fictional and have no real role model. I have no idea why, but the Constables Office are a bit short on this page, alongside the myriad sheriffs and (State) Police theme packages. Which is why I chose this topic to go different ways than the big crowd!
 
if you notice in the game that the inscriptions of the silverado are slightly scratched and damaged, it has been done with intention! who wants a perfectly new lettering on a commercial vehicle which has already been a few years on the hump? 
 
As you can see, I took my time to trim everything to perfection in the highest quality. from the patch, badges to the complete design of the vehicles and uniforms, everything is new, and in crisp quality in the game!

There are 3 vehicle textures as shown on the form: a 2016 FPIU, a 2016 FPIS and the Silverado as a Full Size Truck.

The 2016 FPIU I built on the template of JJ Dawkins new Sheriff Valor package, unfortunately, is currently no longer online, but the texture fits on most of the 2016 FPIU on it with small changes of the number plate positioning.

the 2016 FPIS in the photo is also from JJ Dawkins package, but the texture fits all 2016 FPIS.

The texture for the Silverado fits only on this Vehicle
 
To the characters,
There is a complete player Ped I have provided from the installation on the RANGER place. (works in all places, only change name)
It fits the look in uniform and equipment perfectly to EUP ped. A complete EUP texture in the identical presentation to the Ped is also included, so whether you use EUP or the standard ped remains is up to you. (personal note, I only use the EUP because of the variation of the uniform)
 
Installation instructions for all EUP textures are of course easy to understand, installation instructions in picture form for the normal ped as well.
 
 About a few stars, I would be happy, about praise / attached criticism, I am available.

Side runners are loosely based off of the whelen tracer side runners
 
You can use these for more than just side lighting, real life the tracer lights disconnect into strips and connect together. They've been used on ram bars for the single and double lights, and other areas. So these can be used for a lot more than just side lighting
 
All variations together the lights are 3,605 tris
A single light is 243 tris
 
Use these for whatever you want, any game, whatever I really don't care. Just credit me for the original work

San Andreas Highway Patrol

I had been asked a few times over the last several months about doing a FHP based pack. Well, I finally buckled down and put one together. It has a couple stealth skins, for the 2016 Charger and 2015 Tahoe. As usual this pack may be updated with more models and/or skins once those models are out and whether or not they are worth putting the skins on. Otherwise please enjoy this pack and have fun. This is as always the simple install of finding the .ytd folder of the vehicle you want to use, then importing all the skins for the corresponding vehicle then save. Notice any issues or have suggestions please share in the comments section. Let me know if I missed anything.

Remember everyone, I base my skin packs off of base model templates NOT for any one specific vehicle pack. Because the templates don't really change, skins can be applied to basically any pack of your choice so long as the base models used are the same as the ones I have used. I do try to use the most common base models so they should cover the bulk of the vehicle packs available.

INSTILLATION INSTRUCTIONS

To install the vehicle models themselves, simply place them in your latest patch day in your mods folder.
I have installed the vehicles in my game to patchday10 where I have found the most success.
To install the VCF file, navigate to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default
and place it in there.
If you wish to install this vehicle to another slot, simply change the name of the vehicle, and change in the vehicle meta,
the handling line the slot uses to police.

PACK NOTES
=================================
- These vehicles feature the brand new Ford Crown Victoria from Forza Horizon 3. As such, the base model it uses is significantly better quality,
features proper textures, a full 3d engine, proper scaling and many other features. When myself and Lundy created this model, our goal was that if
it wasnt on the actual real life car, then we wouldnt feature it on our car and vise versa.
- The vehicles are rather large in size because of the 3d engine. Without the 3d engine the base model is around 98k. But quality.
- The models should be fully working, besides the front windshield breaking. It should handle exactly like you expect from the DSF vic, or any 
other crown victoria you have driven in game, but with significantly higher quality in the model.
- The template for this base model is highly similar to the DSF one, but there are some slight differences which make it easier for skinners to
do their thing. It requires minimal ammount of work to make it fit my template!

Model Overview

This is an in car printing system that I made for use by the Harbor County DPS Community to commemorate 2 years of operation in July, 2014.

In car printing systems have become an important tool in modern law enforcement, allowing Officers to print reports for citizens, forms that need to be filled out, traffic citations, criminal citations, and other items that were previously handled on hand written carbon copy paper. In car printing systems can be mounted in a variety of locations, including inside the glove compartment, on a center console, on the passenger seat, or on the prisoner partition.

This model has been released publicly as a development resource as part of our 2 year celebration. We hope that everyone who chooses to use this model enjoys it as much as we do.

Model Features

-Low poly; only 57 polygons.

-LED Status lights are illuminated (Power, status, and Bluetooth)

-Modular; the printer, paper roll, and stand are separate objects that can be moved and scaled as needed to fit in a variety of locations in your car.

Hello LSPDFR Community, I am happy to tell you that my LSPD pack is now complete and published on various Modding Community!
 The LSPD Pack is based out of Lancaster, alotTx and for me to get these complete means a lot me and the people that have been waiting for something like it to come out!
Now I did try to shoot for perfection on the pack, and if you are wondering yes, the police department does use theFederal Vision SLR Lightbar for their Newer
vehicles.
 I am also Changing my logo "TEXAS MADE MODIFICATIONS" to a new one named "CODE RED DESIGNS"
 which I will be selecting a few people that would like to be apart of the designing group!
 To go along with this new Group I will be having a
designer as texturing class for people that would like to be Designers
as well to help out beginners that are just learning to texture!  (IF YOUR INTERESTED MSG ME ON LSPDFR!)
I have desided to do my next back based on a big city out of Florida, named Miami-dade, as well as im going back to some of my older packs and redoing the pack with
