Hello ladies and gentlemen of FR, We've gathered here today for yet another release by yours truly. Please note, as I have said in previous uploads and on discord. You may not upload, rip or do any major edits without my permission. Changing light colors is fine.
Do note that I mod for myself, meaning, I do stuff the way I think looks good. If it's sized wrong/weird, you don't like it, it is simple, Don't download it. Again, I mod for myself and do what I like. I do work and have a life outside of GTA so making and releasing packs are not a priority for me but I will release stuff when I feel it should be released. So with that being said, Enjoy today's release! 
I got bored and decided to just release it instead of deleting it like I do most of my projects. Enjoy. No, I won't make it non-els and this is fine so ta-da. Replace in whatever DLC pack you use, everyone does it different. Please have common knowledge because I'm not gonna help you install stuff. Google is a wonderful thing to learn how to do stuff like that.

Template has been provided if you want to create your own liveries except AS350.

Installing SRU Addon pack
WARNING: If you are unfamiliar with installing addons, I recommend following these steps to ensure there are no game crashes!
Also due to how the vehicles are setup, it is NOT RECOMMENDED to use Albo DLC or any other third party addon modding tools (unless
you ABSOLUTELY know how these cars are setup!). 
1. Drag and drop the SRU folder (the folder itself) into mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
2. Add the following entry in dlclist.xml located in mods\update\update.rpf\common\data. 
   Mandatory to read the contents in the SRU folder.
   
   <Item>dlcpacks:/sru/</Item>
3. Install the VCF ELS files under Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default
You must spawn these vehicles via a vehicle trainer (Simple Native Trainer preferred). The spawn names are c7sru, cobrasru, and skylinesru.
 
Installing AS350 Helicopter (TEXTURE ONLY!):
Since no model edits were made on the original AS350, only the texture file was uploaded.
1. Download the original model from SkylineGTRFreak here: https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/as-350-ecureuil
2. Use the included ytd file to use the sheriff livery (rename to polmav.ytd for repalacement or as350.ytd for addon)
 
Installing Patrol/Marine/Transport/Tactical Divisions:
1. Use OpenIV and install the car mods to mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday18ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf
2. Install the VCF ELS files under Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default
3. If the lights does not seem to be flashing, set the diffuse tint value to 
   <diffuseTint value="0x00FFFFFF" /> in whatever car slot you replaced in vehicles.meta file.

I would consider this a early piece of my upcoming Sheriff Mega pack that's hopefully gonna be finished by the beginning of next month but who knows. Anyways here is a little piece of it. Enjoy. Got bored and decided I wanted to make something simple. I threw this together and I think its nice. This is my first public release, so uhhh yeah. It has all the files and metas needed to be added to a fivem resource. Everything should be fine but report and bugs in the comments or dm me on discord at Narwhal#0538. Enjoy.

You are expected to know how to install this and make it into a fivem resource, and or add it into gta v single player. I will not help with the installation of the car for either intended uses.

The ions in the grille are a little big, and tend to bug out and not work, but if you fix the car it will work again.

The template is in the ytd. The car is set up in two different colors so to make the whole thing one color, set both the primary and secondary to the desired color.

These were made with Templates that came with JJDawkins Packs. these skins work with his vehicles for sure, as I personally tested them in game as I developed the skins. He used two cvpi templates, so there is the standard cvpi_sign_1, as well as dawkins_cvpi_1 in case you happen to use his (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!) The Bearcat will work with any "Riot.ytd" that contains the "bearcat_sign_1" png file. 🙂

Console and laptop pack I made a while back. People keep asking for it, etc. So I've decided to release it here. There was a lot of small tedious work put into these, everything is interchangeable if you wish, There are different versions of each console, all at different lengths, with and without armrests, etc
 
Each laptop stand has a floor mount option, and a console mount option
 
When scaling it is probably best to scale both the console and laptop stand at the same time, that being because the laptop stand was modeled to be about the right size a normal one would with the console mount option. But you will do as you wish, so enjoy

Im proud to present you something i was working on for quite a while.Since Sam revealed that 0.4 will feature Patrol Areas,i decided to do something for the smaller parts of San Andreas.It ended up with 24 Models.The Models got tested a couple of times and i double checked the Textures but with that amount im sure there are some bugs if you found them please MESSAGE ME.I hope some of you can enjoy this 😄

I have decided to share a Toolbox I purchase from TurboSquid and converted. I textured it to have a Black Diamond Plate look with the ability to open and close the Toolbox. Comes as 3 Extra's and has a solid inside for Misc items to be placed in. Enjoy.
 
Keep in mind this is a DEV model, this meaning you might need to do some work to it to make it even better, IE. Hinges.

I have taken the broken 2014 Silverado, fixed it, converted it from a LT to a WT base model, and changed the wheels for a more aggressive look. There are something I didn't change to it such as the Steering Wheel, but it's not a bad model especially for someone who is new to the modding community. 
 
This model is not perfect and might need some work to make it even better.

Figured I would make a light pack as a second release. These were loosely based on Whelen Avengers and The TAD series Traffic Advisors
 
The lights with suction cups are supposed to be mounted on the windows. The others can be placed in the visor area, etc. Feel free to edit, change to however you like though
 
The textures for the emissives, etc may not be the best. Feel free to change them, re texture. Do whatever you like. The lights are also not scaled, scale them however you like, they aren't made for anyone to critique you on if they are too big, too small, etc do as you wish for scaling
 
All emissives are detached as a single object for you to attach together and make your own patterns. The 4, 6, and 8 module TA's are all textured yellow, if you want make them red and blue, whatever you like
 
Use these for whatever you want, any game, etc. Just credit me for the work is all

These are a few partitions I've been working on. There are more to come later on but this is it so far. I plan on making a few K-9 partitions, but I've lost interest at the moment so I'm releasing what is done so far. These have just been textured kinda so so, so in no way do I expect anyone to keep these as they are, use the different colors on the texture to change it up, etc. If you use these as textured that's fine, if you change it that's fine. These are based on Setina Partitions and a few others but are not supposed to be accurate to the T. So feel free to do as you wish with them.
 
Feel free to convert to whatever game you wish, I don't care if you use it for Farming Sim, Euro Truck, etc. I just request I receive the proper credits for the model regardless of where you use it.

The bar is also a little bit too small. Suggestion is to scale it up some, but not the mount, just the modules, etc. And adjust the mount the same way I instructed to do for the Integrity (Move it in and out per size and fitment)
 
Please, please, please. Do NOT use this on a regular car like a charger, etc. It's too big for them and is meant IRL for Trucks, SUVs, etc
 
 
Feel free to convert to whatever game you wish, I don't care if you use it for Farming Sim, Euro Truck, etc. I just request I receive the proper credits for the model regardless of where you use it.

Here it is! A remaster after 2 years. Stop using my 2 year old model. Use this one. It's much better and does the Tahoe justice. Oh and the gauges are still mapped to GenTaxi. So figure it out. I don't really use the gauge. It's a useless luxary that can't get the speed right on custom models.
