The port is complete wack though, Ive heard. So if modding gets going for that game we might have another GTA 4.

Modding from 3 wold cool but i think it must be are realitic. It not can be that later drive a 2002 crown vic on this With the FPS i heard that is now not only lock of 30 FPS now its unlocked for unlimited. But i not know it is true.

Yep. The game was just updated and comes with FPS options. You can set it to 30, 60, or unlimited.
As for the cars, I don't think it'd be a problem for me. :D I have plenty of cars that would fit into the game.

You didnt have trouble with the lighting, skies and object clipping? I have yet to buy it, but I saw alot of people having issues with it.

I'm not sure personally its enough of a leap forward from GTA 5 to warrant scripting police stuff and all that jazz.

If there are tools that lets us at least texture the game, I'd make some stuff for it too. I'm really interested in the era.
Haha, I always wanted to try your cars, but never really bothered changing everything to fit the times. But if you managed to get it to work for Mafia, I'd use them all in a heartbeat.

Only the lighting. It's apparently supposed to be cloud movement.

What's wrong with the port? Only thing I've heard of is the FPS lock. Mafia III is a fine port, I've only had one crash out of the 10+ hours I've played it.

I know somebody is eventually going to bring this up. But what's everybody's opinion on a state of modding in Mafia III? I'd assume there will be simple mods like in Mafia II, but I mean in a more long stretch. Style like GTA modding. Police mods, car mods, weapon mods, scripts. All that good stuff. Anybody going to give it a try?
If we get the proper tools, like a Zmodeler plugin or Zmodeler type editing for M3, holy crap, I'd throw stuff out like mad.

The problem is that the issue with police violence is specifically with black people, and the general white population doesn't seem to understand that saying "all lives matter" completely avoids the actual issue.

Oh god, more social experiments. Let's throw rocks at cops and see what happens! I wonder what they'll do!?

It strikes me because it is unlike anything they had done in the show previously, and was very moving (The church they pass on the way had just held a funeral for one of the president's closest friends)
 

Hello Ladies and Gents,
I'm starting something a little new... As a someone who has worked on mods for over two-three years now, I've stuck to myself quite a bit. 
Many of you know that I was one of the early birds in GTA V modding. Along with Century with whom I released the Buffalo S PPV, and sometime later the Stanier and various models. I was also one of the first to get models in the game. Since the very first screenshots, many of you have found some anger in your hearts to share with me. I completely understand that anger. As this past week I've come to a bit of a realization.. I need to give back to the community. So starting with tomorrow's release of the 13-14 Charger, I will be keeping all of you in the loop on my upcoming public releases. I'm also planning on releasing as many, if not all, of the models I've shown off in the past. I hope this can bring some joy to the hearts of all of you out there. I'm going to be working as hard as possible to get this done. 
So now let's start this journey! 
This past week I showed off a new Work in Progress. A 2013-14 Dodge Charger. It includes the following:
A working Federal Signal SLR, Whelen Inner Edge, Dual Whelen Avengers Whelen Raiders Setina PB450 with an optional wraparound and various other equipment. If you do not know me yet... I'm HUGE on customization and personalization. I believe the best part of going out on patrol is having your OWN mobile office to patrol and use throughout the game. 
 
One quick note: While the vehicle can be used in first person... At the time it's not the best it can be. 
The initial release (tomorrow, or early Sunday) will be a BETA. Meaning the vehicle will be updated and reworked in the future. This is something I'm hoping to get handy with. I'd like to get the community involved in all aspects of the journey and love to hear feedback while I'm still working on a specific model.
