I have this problem as well. Even though i have a brand new 1070 TI ftw2 and a 4790K this should not be happening. I created a support ticket with Rockstar last night, hopefully they pull their fingers out of their ass and fix the issue.

@BejoIjo I just tested the latest version and observed texture loss again for V3.

Yeah no problem at all. I will test it out tonight and i'll let you know how it works.

UPDATE: I have tried this script and it appears to be working...I haven't had disappearing textures as of yet and thats an hour into the game. Usually i'd experience it within 30 minutes.

I would be interested in trying this as well. I also periodically get missing textures etc and it's very annoying so if this helps, I would be so relieved because it's a pain in the *** lol. Anyway's yeah i run a 4790K OC to 4.6GHZ and 8gb of ram with a EVGA 1070 TI FTW2.

I just redownloaded a fresh copy of ELS and overwrite everything in the game directory. I kept all of the VCF files but copied and pasted everything else. Give that a shot.

Yeah this is still a problem unfortunately. I am seriously wondering what the issue could be. I have reached out to Rockstar on Twitter and gave them a screenshot, Perhaps they can help what's going on. It just doesn't make any sense at all.

Same issue here. Most likely Albo needs to update his mods again. not blaming the poor guy of course, i know he's busy and his mods are amazing. @Albo1125

Before i updated the game to the newest version, ELS crashes as soon as i press J or K to activate the lights. I'm running the new ScriptHookV update. Anyone else having the same problem?

I may of found the issue. It seems to of worked for me but i am still testing the theory. I think what is going on here is the CPU load. Try this, Run the game like you normally would, all mods etc. When the game is running. ALT+TAB out of the game. Open task manager, change your CPU affinity, De-select all of the cores, then check all of the cores again except CORE 0 then click okay/apply then go back into the game. See if that helped. Also try change the game priority to high and see if that works. Let me know if this works for you. I really think it's the CPU load somehow. Anyway let me know if this worked for you. If it is what i think it is then we need to let Rockstar know and ask them to fix it.

So now we can't mod GTA currently or add new car mods thanks to Take 2's pathetic move, what now? is there a replacement planned or a program planned so we can at least add vehicles & peds? This is deeply troubling.
