I had this problem before. If you recently added a car mod it could be the cause. Other than that this report is new to me and i will do what i can to solve this issue. You could try to remove all of the enb files and run the game, exit, and then re-copy the enb files. Make sure your also running the game as administrator.

I am currently working on a brand new enb mod and would like to have some feedback on the image below to see what you guys think about it. I don't know when i will be releasing this mod but if things are going still in a positive way it should be released on the 1st of October of this year. Thanks everyone

I pulled over driver for suspicious of driving while intoxicated. He was willing to take a Breathalyser test and failed the test. His alcohol level was 3X the legal limit & the driver also had a warrant for his arrest and no drivers license. I then proceeded to search his trunk where i found 8 kilos of cocaine. He was taken into custody where he is still being held on a one million dollar bond. -

This driver was clearly drunk. He was 6x over the legal limit. He blew a whopping of 0.26. -

2 Armed robbery suspects flea a crime scene where initially a bank heist was in progress. The arrest was successful, No injuries, No shots fired. Pursuit lasted for 10 minutes. -
Ive noticed the same thing. What i always do when that happens is cancel the traffic stop and let the driver drive on for a few more seconds and then initiate the stop again and it should work then:)

Professionally speaking, All threats should be reported to the police whether they are serious or not. and especially if you know him personally or not. A threat is a THREAT! They can track down the person who is threatening you by their IP address.

It would be great if you could add non emergency backup as well as Emergency backup. It would also be good to include a tow truck driver to remove an abandoned vehicle when you have made an arrest or it's illegally parked by fire hydrant. The other features id like to see make it in is some kind of license plate system for the police cruisers so that for example if your at a stop light or stop sign and behind a civi car you can run the plate to make sure it's not stolen or the driver has no priors. Finally the other great thing would be more ai cops pulling over vehicles and pulling them over for running a red light or failure to stop at a stop sign or using a turn signal.

Hi everyone. I need to pick your brain for a second. I have just put Grand Theft Auto Iv back on my computer but i don't remember how many patches there are for it. Could someone please place them in order here for me so i can find them? Thanks in Advance

Version six has a lot of issues and it does crash games because it did to me. Version 5 of ELS is the stable one:) Download version 5 and give that a try and see if that solves the problem:)

Just copy and paste all of the files and overite them. I recommend you back up the originals if you do not know what your doing:)
