I have a few graphical problems with GTA IV. I am way in the green on terms of performance and all that but I tend to face bad looking GTA IV as I spend more time on it till I quit. Is EFLC much better for this, does it run better?

This is really promising for police vehicles in general. In the trailer we saw GTA IV style Ambulance, Police Car and Police Helicopter. Now with this first picture, though the texture isnt high quality yet (Probably still in a lot of development with the range of cars) its really great to see a LAPD Bell Ranger as it sets a standard for other police vehicles. When we see new screens and a new trailer, I expect to see some proper modern vehicles coming to light.

Yea 1 police car...its the not full list. Probably half at the least.

As the name suggests I need a LAPD skin for bxbugs or someone else's police bike mod. Anyone know one?

As long as its on PC, comes 2012/early2013 and fixed all the buggy problems. I'll be happy.

I get quite a bit of buildings turning completely blank grey and sometimes the roads also do it, and theres like for a little bit a layer of plain grey off from the road. Its hard to explain but you notice it in this video at 26:57.

does deleting it stop any other mods from working or is it purely for ENB?

I thought I had removed all the files but whenever I run GTA IV it makes an enbseries.ini pop up in my directory for no reason at all. I dont know whats causing this.
