    i see.....also here i want to inform you and others that there is a new script named WANDERING HOODLUMS.HERE IS THE LINK. http://www.gta4-mods.com/script/wandering-hoodlums-v3-f20455 it automatically spawn a group of criminals both in car and on foot, who attack,rob peds at gun point & police officers ,steal cars etc. and along with lcpdfr & PH creats various random encounters & pursuits i action. i have tested it with your PH.untill now works fine. just wanted to share thats all.

    i was thinking about an idea. dont know if it is possible.as a world event, when there is a shootout or explosion in LC,a wesel news van just appears and a reporter comes out of the car & just starts live coverage. u can use wesel news audio files for that.
