You do realize that you won't be able to run the game off of that external "hard drive", right? This is a USB 3.0 device which will only allow you to store things. Not sure what you're reasoning is for getting it. If you're short on space, you can dump pictures/videos or anything else onto the external drive to create room for GTA 5 on your local HD.

This depends on everyone's definition of max settings. I run with everything on max with MSAA at x4 and get around 60fps. If I max out MSAA, my fps will drop significantly. If you turn off MSAA and max everything else, you may reach your goals.

It would be nice to know what those bugs are. If you never clarify, no one will ever know or fix them. Like I said, I don't notice any bugs with ELS and maybe the developer doesn't either. You need to bring awareness if you want an update.

As previously suggested, I suggest creating support threads if you are having specific issues. Personally, I don't have any 'bugs' with either LSPDFR or ELS. No need to update something that isn't broken.
