If you have the mods folder you could try copying the original back into the mods folder? See if this resets it.

Hmm, I'm at a loss, the only other thing I can think of is that scroll lock is on and this is locking ELS? Other than that it may be something a little more out of my league.

Ok, possibly going to be an ASI loading problem then. Navigate to OPEN IV, then TOOLS, then ASI MANAGER. Uninstall both the ASI LOADER and OPENIV.ASI. Once complete, reinstall them and restart your computer. Load up the game and see if this fixes it.

It sounds like an issue with the VCF file if ELS is displaying etc. Try downloading another ELS enabled vehicle and installing the provided VCF, see if that works?

Which vehicle model are you using? Have you tested ELS on others?

Morning, I have seen a few mods where real world objects have been removed in order to create a mod. One that springs to mind is a gas station under repair where the pumps had been removed. Link to Mod: https://www.gta5-mods.com/maps/gas-station-work I have menyoo and I have tried removing these and saving the scenario however, when GTA loads up, the pumps are back. Can anyone explain how this is achieved as I have a good idea for am mod but it would reply on having a couple of real world objects removed.

Without sounding like a total noob, you are pressing the 'J' key three times to activate the top lights aren't you?

Double check your scroll lock key is not activated when you enter the game (this can lock the controls). Go in game and see if the ELS Menu will display by pressing CTRL+P.

Whats the VCF file name and the CVPI's model? These need to be the same. Example: If the CVPI is in the police2 slot the VCF file also needs to be called police2.

Do the VCF files tally up to the car models being used? Ensure the cars you are using are also ELS enabled.

When pressing J, K etc can you hear a beep? This will help understand if the problem is with the files or the game.

So, according to Google I may have identified a new error which I can't find any information on. The unhandled exception error occurs when accepting any of the car accident call outs with the TACCO Script. I will accept the call out, it provides the information and then prior to it loading into the GPS, the LSPDFR Plugin will crash. The route is then displayed. Only the car accident call outs are effected. The other calls work seamlessly. I have reinstalled TACCO and Traffic Policer as I know TACCO is dependent on this. Everything has been installed correctly via the ReadMe. Log attached. Any ideas? Definitely got me scratching my head this one.... RagePluginHook.log

Tried all variations of grammar and digits to no avail. The very kind SHERIFF/EMS/FIRE has kindly uploaded it to Google Drive for me. That said, it may be worth bringing it up as I am sure others would want to join. I would like to join to :) If you do, can you let me know when its sorted and I can give it another go?

As above ^^ The website is broken and no longer accepts new members. Emergency Forum appears to work however, when you answer the final question on the form (what is five multiplied by five) it will not accept any answer... Its all a bit off that both sites don't working. Ideally, I need someone to download then host the file on Google Drive or similar so I can get to it.
