Am New To This All. I Just Got My New Gaming Computer A Couple Days Ago. I Got Done Downloading GTA IV I Tryed To Play It I Downloaded It From Steam. When I Go To Play It It Loaded Up But It Just is Black Then It Gets A Fatal Error This Is What It Says. GTA IV FATAL ERROR: D3D Error - Shader Model 3.0 Or Higher Is Required How Can I Fix That???
