Do you have "Turn on mouse keys" enabled in your ease of access center? If so, untick the box

Could you post your RagePluginHook.log?

Make sure you're using a mods folder so that the game doesnt overwrite the files. Also, make sure you're not pasting the files from a zip/rar/7z file, you need to extract it somewhere first

If you takedown a suspect while other units are allowed to pit the suspect, it shows the units are prohibited notification as if I was honking at the suspect. Maybe you're just detecting if the E key is being held down?

Is there a way to add the Realism Dispatch Enhanced vehicles to the vehicle selection screen? If I try spawning one in or taking one from my fellow officers, it ends up disappearing if I go too far away from it.

As long as you have just ASI manager and openiv.asi then removing those will allow you to play GTA:O

I think you need to be a certain version of the model to be able to use the loudspeaker, 50% of the time I can use it, 50% of the time I cant
